-A- 8:30 DUE DILIGENCE WHEN FINANCING WITH BONDS Large-scale capital projects often call for a need to issue bonds. This panel will examine the nature of bonds, the questions you need to ask when approaching a bond issue, i.e. what to expect in dealing with the tribe's auditors, the organizational elements that need to be in place, and the due diligence a tribe should do to insure a properly executed deal to the Tribe's best advantage.
Panelists: Leonardo Fernandez, Executive Director, CIBC WORLD MARKETS Aaron Harkins, Associate, FAEGRE & BENSON Robert Hunter, General Counsel, SALT RIVER PIMA-MARICOPA INDIAN COMMUNITY Megan Neuburger, Director, FITCH RATINGS
The slight delay in receiving the first tranche is due to the size of the transfer and the fact that it is US dollars first going through the Federal Reserve System and the necessary clearances of the Patriot Act and Homeland Security before being forwarded to a law firm's escrow account in Canada

my volume indicator says 744,000 in volume just took place on the dip.. does that mean 744,000 buys... sells.. or both?

for every transaction there is a buyer and a seller the difference is wether it was sold/bought at bid or ask...

again... everything that is sold is also bought by someone these are transactions, so the terms buys and sells are actually misleading here if someone says :lots of buys are going through - he actually means that lots of transaction are going through the ask side, which indicates the price will probably go up... same goes for the sells, which are actually transactions going through the bid side...which indicates the price might go further down but bottom line : for every sell there must be a buy too hope this clears it up for you...

itīs usually a sign of good things to come... traders are scrambling to get in, placing orders above the ask, scared to miss the train i love it when that happens!
