First let's start with chart analysis then we will continue on:
The chart looks very very positive!
Let's go through it.
MACD- is peaking up and will most likely have a positive cross this week, but also look at the positive divergence
Accumulation line- continues to go up with a positive divergence
Chaiken Money Flow- Buying pressure is there and money flow is positive
Full Stochastics- Shows it oversold below 20, and just about to make a positive cross.
Only 800,000 shares diluted in the market since back in october, so dilution is way over. The drop in share price was very overstated, 800,000 shares out of 72 million O/S is nothing. However, price declined about 50%. As of November 17, 2006 there were 72,033,543 shares outstanding.
Now lets look at Level II's...to see how easy this will move with some buying pressure. Well at EOD it was lined up with :
2MM at .075 2MM at .079 3MM at .08 1MM at .083 1MM at .096
so once .08 is broken this will blast off. Plus it takes hardly any shares to break each MM for this stock.

Well stocktrader loving the chart on this one. Nice dd on it. Definitely agree that those 800,000 shares have been absorbed into the market it has been two months and the volume on this one would easily allow for the selling to be over with. This is a classic case of over reaction by the market and this stock will correct itself. The MM's have dropped this sucker and are going to accumulate it and run it hard when they are ready. Looking good from here. Wish I could look into it more but it is getting late.

S-8 for 800,000 is probably just for officer salaries. No biggy at all, market overreacted IMO, and I think the bounce started today.

Looks to be settling in here at .085-.09 range. Tomorrow we should probably break .09 and maybe clear .10 as well. Great support with 4 on the bid at .085

Beautiful Chart here....one of the best I've seen in a while.
First, RSI is approaching power hour which is 50. RSI has a ton of room for price to continue to go way up without being overbought.
Second, MACD has a positive divergence and is just at crossing point.
Third, full stochastics shows that its just crossing from an oversold level, and take a look at the past two times that happened. Huge increase in price.
Fourth, CMF is positive and getting more buying pressure.
Fifth, Accumulation spiked way up today, and OBV is also up with positive divergence.
Sixth, 20 day MA is .09 which has been resistance so far, when it breaks it tomorrow the trend will be even more bullish. When it breaks 50 day MA at .108 it'll be even nicer.
Seventh, long white candle on today's close signfies a lot of agressive buying today and a trend reversal from bottom.
This is just a beauty, and more than a 50% decrease in price as a result of a 1.1% increase in O/S for probably some officer compensation is ridicolous.
This is all just my opinion, but it looks good
