Both are at the same stock price and together they would be a powerhouse. Someone needs to get in both of their ears so they could see the opportunity of merging would bring them both.

Totally different products, for one. There are so many reasons these two are NOT a match, it would take me a week to list them all.
Just because the PPS on both of them sucks, and the O/S on both of them is outtasight, doesnt make them merger candidates...get real. Look for reverse splits on both of them in the near future, that's about all they have in common.

Rules...how do you have 4 stars? What you just said would never happen and is one of the worse pieces of advice I've heard in a while.
