I love PDVP too bad I didn't buy more I'm out of "non marginable" funds..... in SIGA now .... still up.... but it tanked.... buy point now I think is 3.30

There is a talk about pps rising to .10 to .13 per ceo with PR about new JVs probably...This ones gonna rocket soon

No, i've never understood that, seen it in a lot of stocks where someone picks up a crapload of shares under bid and ask.

don't think so IMAKE, when you see transactions that large under the bid, it's normally a buy from my experience...
