This one might be a nice bottom play.... Don't really know when it's gonna bounce, but it will.....
State the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer’s classes of common equity, as of the latest practicable date: There were 29,190,969 issued and outstanding shares of the registrant’s common stock, $.001 par value per share, on November 16, 2006.

Picked up some of this today Danny at .032 looks like some panic selling... And that we may have found bottom. Love that RSI

Doesn't look like we have any real resistance till about .12,.15 couple with volume should move real well
