There are 3 reasons why we did not yet publicly announce the dollar sales figure to Holland America Line in the News Release. They are as follows:

The contract provisions with Holland America Line are considered confidential for the sake of our customer. At this stage in the development of these on-board systems it is the preference of our customer that their investment be treated as proprietary information.

The amount of our liquid products to be used on-board during the voyages has not yet been determined with enough historical basis to make a projection that can be relied on. There are internal estimates for the purpose of business planning, but it might be misleading for us at this early stage to make a forward looking statement in this regard.

Our status is that of a Non-Reporting Issuer at this moment. Consequently, it may create confusion to the investment marketplace if we release some data, but not others. Until such time that this status changes, we have posted the revenue categories that we target as we grow through key stages of our development. These are noted in detail on the Investor Tab of the website www.WinningBrands.ca They are provided in order to ensure that investors do not overestimate our size or the maturity of our market development.

It is still relatively new that our shares have become available to the public. We are working hard to develop the operational and financial infrastructure that would justify the evolution of the company to a conventional reporting status, but it is not possible to predict if or by when this would occur.
