This has dropped from over .03 to .0045 in like a months time. Was waiting on the reversal and looks primed right now. Currently .006, up 33% and I'm looking for ALOT higher here! Nothing but good news coming from the company, the A/S was recently decreased from around 8 billion to currently around 900 million. CEO is also talking about further reductions to lower the O/S and Hopefully we should be hearing something anytime now on that.
Just one to watch IMO, as its current PPS is a joke

Ask starting to get pounded.... .006x.0065 Up 44% so far If this is truely the beginning of the reversal, then watch out cause it has a LONG way to go.

(Market Wire) Global Diamond Exchange Inc. Retires Common Stock, Further Reduct ons Considered
NEW YORK, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 12/20/06 -- Global Diamond Exchange Inc. (PINK HEETS: GBDX) has instructed its transfer agent, First Global Stock Transfer, to retire 88,000,000 million shares of the company's common stock. This action will take effect immediately and comes on the heels of the company reducing its Authorized Share count from 7 billion to 975,000 shares.
This reduction is part of a continued program to increase shareholder value. Furthermore, additional reduction of the company's common stock is being considered. The company is also going through a transition period right now as it gets ready to move from its temporary office that building management has been kind enough to provide, into its new office on the seventh floor of 2 West 46th Street as the previous tenant has honored its obligation and has left the premises. Management will continue to update its shareholders on the second diamond shipment and further reductions in common stock throughout the holiday season.

and maybe they will retire the 88m right back into the float.

Nice day....up 60%. A new PR just came out with the correction of the A/S being 950,000,000. My guess is that anyone with half a brain already knew what they meant though anyways so that won't hurt. Those who have been bashing the stock will continue to do so, but fact of the matter is the company IS trying and this was a big move in their behalf. Also the key in the PR was "further reductions" will be occuring, This will continue to rebound very nicely IMO and the shorts will be scrambling to cover. It was only a matter of time and hopefully the rest of this week will pan out nicely!

Maybe your half a brain was counting on the false manipulation to take this to the moon. That's why I posted it so folks here wouldn't get scammed. Oh wait - pink sheets = scam. But at least some of us try and get the blatant truth out there for our people here at allstocks. I didn't know 1B - 88M = 975m
Most companies review their PRs over and over and then legal reviews them. So was it a mistake to get over 36m volume traded and then post a correction after the market closed?

Oh brother....if its not bad enough all you ever do is bash this stock, now you gotta come in with personal attacks...very childish to say the least and all respect for you is lost. I said nothing about you and USED to respect your opinions. All i said was anyone with half a brain would have realized they meant 975 million, not thousand. And if they did there DD like they were supposed to. Common sense would tell you that its not 975,000, lol...thats just stupid to even think, especially when there was like 2 or 3 million shares traded at the time the PR was released. Anyways....enough of that...good things to come!

The half a brain i still have keeps telling me all this stock is worth is a good momo run on the manipulative pr's they keep posting. It's their own track record that makes them such an easy target. I would call it humorous if this were monopoly. Sometimes I can't just sit and lurk while watching people get taken advantage of. that's my problem.

Resistance levels at .0126 then .0144...needs to hold .074 on the bid support...MA 200 is the next resistance at .042...It should gap at open...Nice chart...
