Playstar pleased to report revenues of $200,000 with earnings and projections for 2007 of $7,000,000 Friday December 8, 8:47 am ET Playstar Corporation (PLYCF:PK)
TORONTO, Dec. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Playstar Corporation through its wholly owned subsidiary Premier Mobile Technologies Inc is pleased to announce that it has recorded over $200,000 in revenue through its SMS operations to date. These revenues were generated mostly in November as our short codes were launched in September and October of this year. Our monthly burn rate fluctuates with our development of software and industry consultants to launch various short codes. The company is pleased to be in a positive cash flow this early in its business model as its unaudited net revenue for November is around $72,000.
Premier Mobile currently is in major development of its broad line of short codes throughout North America including :
Also the company is in final stages of acquiring 51% of Function Inc and will be launching proprietary pier to pier games throughout the world.
Based on these numbers and extrapolating them on an annual basis with successful launches of its other short codes we are projecting revenues in excess of $7 million in 2007 .
Stewart Garner states" Our first quarter of revenue looks very promising as a profitable entity but will be re investing major portion in its cash into launching other short codes immediately. Building upon this model and launching our other key codes we came up with revenue projections of $7,000,000 for 2007. We are also working on some distribution partners which could significantly increase those projections. We are excited to launch all of our codes by end of first quarter 2007.
