Roseland, NJ - December 4, 2006 - Viyya Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets: VYON), the developer and marketer of the world's most advanced, web-based information management application, announced today that it has released Version 1.0 of its Viyya Intelligence Portal(TM) (VIP), a secure platform for users within an organization to share ideas and information while establishing a tool for critical intelligence retrieval.
The objective of portal technology is to allow organizations to collaborate more effectively by providing a consolidated view of disparate information. Viyya's core technology enhances the effectiveness of a portal by insuring that collaborative information is truly relevant information for the user.
"The VIP is the next natural step for our core technology. It provides a unique and custom view of enterprise or organizational information for the user. By adding the VIYYA(TM) engine as a portlet, the end user is not only provided with information, but relevant information transformed into intelligence," said John Bay, CEO and President of Viyya Technologies. "This release adds a whole new perspective to today's information portals."
VIP will not only house the VIYYA(TM) application but the complete suite of related applications such as the WISE eLearning Courseware, Xercio Learning Management, Content Creator, eDocNavigator and eDocVault. It can be complimented with standard portal services such as incident/event reporting, case management, mapping, textual search, and link analysis tools.
Viyya's sales team already has presented VIP to various prospective private and public sector clients. VIP implementations will begin during the month of December.

The bid is already extremely high here with a 100% gap between .04 bid and .08 ask. Watch to get in on dip in the AM. I like the chart on this one a lot.

Watching the float now, looks decent, just need volume. Timing will be everything today.

Most pinks are scams -- they sell on news. This one has low float and no dilution in the past few months, based on the history of volume changes. When a stock's volune increases greatly in recent months, it's an indication of dilution. The pps will drop with great volume on good news. ***** The average volume for VYON is about 550 K for the past 5 days.
