Produce Safety and Security International Inc. (Pink Sheets:PDSC), ("PDSC"), a sanitation disinfectant process supplier to the food and medical industries, is pleased to announce that the company has just today received the Non-Objecting Beneficial Owner ("NOBO") list and is reviewing it for action against the shorters.

The company stated that actions will be taken to protect the PDSC Shareholders and the value of share price.

i got some at .001 so u beat me, but i do think this one is going to run BIG..i am grabbing tons of this one...its a huge bottom player and should be bouncing real hard here very soon!

lol tom,

well this was trading at .002 just a few days ago

and .10 a few monthes ago! thats like 100 times from where it is now

this is a beautiful chart and i think with the NOBO list alot of short positions are out and people will have to cover very soon

this could be a nice runner the next couple of days

volume is growing and so is the bids

How long are they gonna have to stare at the NOBO numbers? If they have numbers in front of them why didn't they post them in the PR? Are these numbers to be kept secret? Please post the numbers Karney and cut the drama. IMHO

matching trades now with only NITE left on the ask at .001 after .001 falls this should run, we are already at the 10 day moving average for volume

why are brokers not allowing us to buy?
Also I'm seeing 3 RSs in the past (next to one FS), is that something to be worried about? i can't find the OS...

yeah I had to call Scottrade. what's the take on buying restrictions - overall good or bad?

to me it would seem good because they want to limit the shares purchased so they can accumulate themselves (cover short, etc). thoughts?

Yeah I don't know what to think because I know they did this with CSHD before it ran from 0.90 to $4, but then right after that the stock got halted and it's at $0.17, so were they right or wrong "protecting us", depends on how you look at it

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Disinfection, Virucidal* and Fungicidal Control

Apply this product undiluted to walls, floors and other hard, (inanimate) non-porous surfaces such as tables, chairs, countertops, sinks, glazed tile and glazed porcelain with a cloth, mop or mechanical spray device so as to thoroughly wet surfaces. Treated surfaces must remain wet for 10 minutes. If mechanical spray device is used, spray should be coarse. Spray 6-8 inches from surface. Rub with brush, sponge or cloth. Do not breathe spray. Rinse with potable water after use on surfaces that come in contact with food. Then wipe excess with sponge, mop or cloth or allow to air dry. *NOTE: With spray applications cover or remove all food products. Prepare a fresh solution at least daily or when visibly soiled or diluted. For heavily soiled areas, a preliminary cleaning is required.

called e-trade and got my 400k...took a while though...this will hit .02s soon...Heared Shakrez..is also planning to pound this... and calling ameritrade...to place his order...

Once restrictions are out...this will fly...

I have been in this stock some time back... this was shorted...pretty Badly...

NOBO number should be HUGE... IMO
