Produce Safety and Security International Inc. (Pink Sheets:PDSC), ("PDSC"), a sanitation disinfectant process supplier to the food and medical industries, is pleased to announce that the company has just today received the Non-Objecting Beneficial Owner ("NOBO") list and is reviewing it for action against the shorters.
The company stated that actions will be taken to protect the PDSC Shareholders and the value of share price.
"PDSC is in the process of filing for a reporting company. Audits are being prepared for the 2 years for the proper filings by our securities attorney," stated Clarence Karney, Chief Executive Officer of Produce Safety and Security International Inc.
He also added that legal action is being taken against Stone Financial Group.

this is a beautiful chart and i think with the NOBO list alot of short positions are out and people will have to cover very soon

Yeah I don't know what to think because I know they did this with CSHD before it ran from 0.90 to $4, but then right after that the stock got halted and it's at $0.17, so were they right or wrong "protecting us", depends on how you look at it

This afternoon I contacted Investor relations and spoke directly with CEO Karney. He told me he has all intentions of prosecuting a few entities that have indiscriminately shorted the stock and has caused pain to many honest investors. He also stated he will send followup press releases to keep investors aware of whats going on with this issue. I felt he was being sincere with his gameplan and he will followup.
*Scottrade was not accepting Online buy orders at this time however they said you can broker it.

when it's open that means Bank Of America didn't restrict buying, it just means your order didn't get filled. Did you set your limit price at or above the ask? Maybe you placed the trade just when the ask went to 0.0011?

Yesterday I tried to buy a bunch of shares at .001 but, it wouldn't go through. This morning as soon as Scottrade opens I'll place an order at .0015 that way I won't miss the ride.
I too thing this is the stock to own for the next few weeks especially, with the NOBO list already out It, will only be a win win situation.

Golf- I had an order in yesterday at .0009 and it went through OK. Strange why yours didn't go through , must of been the time of day difference we placed the order. Anyway, Golf I think you're doing the right thing by placing your order first thing in the morning at .0015 so you don't miss the ride.

They also do this to trap some panic sellers. This is common practice when they are short of shares.
Once they see some buys coming in, they will sweep those shares out so quick, you won't have time to buy any. This is just a trap for panic sellers and opportunity for others.

I just got off the phone with Mr. Bryant. He stated the price should be well over a dime by now, he truly believes the reason the brokage houses have restricted the stock is due to shorting. He said once they lift the restrictions the stock should take off immediately. By the way the guy answered the phone after one ring. Amazing...lol

lol...No he didn't specify a time frame, I can't think of any ceo or pr guy that would do that any way. All he said was the stock was at 15 cents 3 months ago before it was shorted. He expects to come back up, however he didn't tell me how much. Good luck to all of you, I'm going to the gym to get over my stress...lol

with OS and AS information non-existant I'd lean to massive dilution, but that is just speculation on my end.
i'll hold on to my measly half-mil and see what happens.
The fact the 50ma is 2.5x the current value is comforting. The fact the 200ma is 55x the current pps is even more comforting.
Even if there are 2 billion shares authorized that only gives it a market cap of 2 million... so even with dilution we should still come back strong.

These are all questions I want answers on, but I can't find anything, does anyone know where to look for this information? A little green already. This stock is so oversold, there really is zero risk. I mean down from .15 to .0009, definately worth grabbing a million shares. I'm in at .0011 and and dips under .0009 I'll be buying.
