ConectiSys Strategic Alliance Agreement Valencia, California—Tuesday, November 21, 2006—ConectiSys Corporation (OTCBB: CNES), a developer of automatic meter reading technologies, announced today that it has completed an agreement for a Strategic Alliance with Trimark Associates of Folsom, California. Trimark is licensed in California and other states to provide Meter Service Provider (MSP) and Meter Data Management Agent (MDMA) services to commercial, industrial and residential electric customers. Robert Spigno, the Company’s President and CEO, commented that, “This Agreement between the two companies will allow Trimark to provide MDMA and MSP services for ConectiSys. These services will fill a need for ConectiSys and complete the triumvirate of services (meter technology, meter installation and data management and billing) required for ConectiSys to be a full service AMR provider.” In addition to the MDMA and MSP services, Trimark and ConectiSys, under the guidelines of this alliance, have also agreed to pursue together the following areas of mutual interest: • A Joint Marketing effort whereby each company will identify commercial opportunities for each others products. • Trimark currently builds electric revenue meters for large electric generation customers in California. ConectiSys and Trimark have agreed to form a Joint Venture to further develop these meters and their associated software for deployment throughout the Untied States. Chairman Spigno further stated, “Trimark’s industry related clients are significant and represent a fast tract to market. It is anticipated that this relationship will reduce development and marketing costs while offering greater services, which is expected to increase opportunities for both companies.

.0003 will soon come back around again. jmo

would be good entrance for me again. made good profit this year but would like an even bigger one next time around.

trimark is just what they needed. awesome client list. would like to see their balance sheet.

integration of technologies and developing integrated infrastructure solutions will be hurdles....but achievable.

spigno finally shaping potential for longs with this handshake. glta

Good Gravy! Do they really have close on 20 Billion shares Outstanding???

Even in pinkyland there should really be a limit about that kind of stuff.

The only way this company could ever have a half way decent run would be a major RS.

...and just when the utilization of this technology was getting warm.

this recent article proves the chipping away of "the chicken or the egg thing".

http://www.xchangemag.com/articles/07jantech01.html

This BPL-enabled smart meter manufactured by Landis+Gyr will be utilized in the nation’s first automated, “smart” electric grid to improve the management of TXU’s system. These smart meters give retail electric providers the information they need to design consumer services that facilitate better management and conservation of energy.

you guys might remember ConectiSys chose Landis+Gyr in the H-NetT development.

happy new year. lol

I hate to be a wet blanket on the news because I've held this stock for a long time, but we need to temper the excitement. The press release stated the contract is worth "up to" $500k.
