Advanced Plant Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Merger Negotiations to Acquire Clean Coal Technology Firm

NEW YORK, Dec 5, 2006 (*********wire via COMTEX) -- Advanced Plant Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (OTCBB:APPI) announced today that they are in merger negotiations to acquire a clean coal technology company. The proposed agreement will include the merger candidate's patented coal technology.
The clean coal patented process is designed to increase the BTU of low quality coal which substantially increases the value of low grade lignite and sub-bituminous coal. The environmentally friendly process captures and removes harmful elements without disintegrating the coal and destroying further processing. Significantly, the patented process requires only 4-18 minutes retention time vs. the industry standard of 2-6 hours. Further development will require limited capital expenditures to be funded via grants from future partners.
APPI recently announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding to acquire the Biodiesel company, World Health Energy, Inc., an emerging energy company focusing on biofuels and renewable energy production and distribution. The company plans to produce and market high-quality, low cost B100 Biodiesel to replace traditional fossil fuels.

Acer911, I'm no expert here so do as you see fit, I was going to put a buy in for the am. but my funds are all unsettled, and I would not want to hold this for the 2 or 3 days required. If you are going to be in front of your puter at the opening bell, I would right now put a buy order in for .0078 or .0079 and see what happens in the am, .0078 and .0079 is where I would have put my buy at, and I'm not watching till 10:00 am on break at work.

My post from Nov.30. Company spokeperson alluded to " more news ". It only took 5 days and its certainly no fluff PR. Lets hope this puts everyone in the GREEN that rode out the dip the last few days.

All penny stocks head south eventually. They are all overpriced and they all see adjustments. APPI dipped down to .006 yesterday and hit .0118 today. That's a 97% increase. I don't think anyone would complain about that. If it dips again, I'll be in and ride their next news release. It's all about the PROFIT !!!

On Nov.9, APPI was at .0017, with a 10-day trading volume of 1.8 million. Since then it has steadily climbed to the .01 range with volume topping 100,000,000 several times. It will have corrections but the charts say " underpriced " !!

Sure, that's a possibility. But the next news release will see it right back at .01+ !! What's your big mover ?? I've been touting this since Nov.21( check this thread) and its up 123% since then. Give me your pick to move up over 100% or do you just bash stocks because you missed the boat while the rest of us made money ??
