well its lower now, but im wondering if this has the power to stop this down run. If it goes to 5-6 buy more, at your own risk of course.

Grabbed some of this near the EOD today Will, looks nice. The chart is starting to shape up on this one, Accum/Dist turning north. This one should see a nice bounce from here.
Indicate the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer’s classes of common stock, as of the latest practicable date: Class Outstanding as of December 31, 2006 98,616,294
Last Form 10 - Outstanding as of September 30, 2006 90,616,181.

Balance sheet looks like crap,, (what's new), has some long term debt, (what's new).
As long as that O/S stays managable, it has a decent shot at some solid short term gains.

Not taking it to my grave, only looking to wet my beak, and move on.
Thanks for the warning though.
Hard to ignore the low O/S, and low float.

AOTL had the same "issues", "cornell capital toxic financing", on Feb 2, and Feb 5. Didn't seem to get in the way of dubling off of that .006 bottom:

Nope, you are good at marketing timing Will...but because of cornell this will continue to downtrend just like MSSI did until cornell forced it to go bankrupt. Still can make money, just saying dont hold long...I know you dont!
