Press Release Source: Hansen Gray & Co.

Hansen Gray & Company Has Doubled Its Revenue Since the Closing of the GTG Acquisition and is Poised to be a Leader in Online Wireless Marketing and Fulfillment
Tuesday November 14, 6:30 am ET
GTG Has Averaged More Than 20,000 Applications Per Month

LAS VEGAS, Nov. 14, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Hansen Gray & Company, Inc. (Other OTC:HGCP.PK - News), with a five year operating history and positive cashflow, GTG Consulting, wholly owned company of Hansen Gray since September, has doubled its revenue since the acquisition. GTG will continue to add shareholder value to the company. GTG has dozens of affiliate web sites and publishers that send customers to the main web site (http://www.wishwireless.com). Customers then sign up for the cellular phone service of their choice and phones are shipped out within one business day. Currently averaging more than 20,000 applications per month, GTG's strategic alliances with all the leading wireless suppliers and DirectTV allows the company to earn revenue in most cases as a cost per acquisition basis with low overhead and zero inventory. GTG came with more than 18 years of management experience in the telecom and wireless industries. Additionally management is responsible for increasing the revenue of a 12 million dollar internet company that grew into the number three provider of cellular service over the internet.

``It's time for the public to take notice of us again,'' said CEO Frank Weber. He further comments, ``This all comes after more than a year of focused efforts to complete our financial audit for 2004, 2005 and 2006, hiring of a new CFO and no slow down of our growth and acquisition mode.

Hansen Gray also has a 12% ownership of Celsia Technologies which currently equates to approximately 1.7 million in assets at the current level in addition to the rights to receive a handsome dividend for Celsia's future revenue base above 25 million. This investment could prove to be a ``best kept secret.''

Hansen is also currently working on a television deal for another fairly recent acquisition of the ``North American Poker Tour'' with more than 50 of the top professional poker players already signed on.

I try to stay away from stocks that are already up 75% in one day. Goo dluck to you if you got in, but I tend to be pessimistic about the chances of much further run up.

This thing should move huge soon, especially seeing how it moves so quickly on low volume, very low float here. Looked like MM games today(spread as wide as the Grand Canyon) trying to get as many shares from the weak hands as possible before the run up back to $0.40. We had big volume today and ended green, so that should put the stock on some radars. PR states audited financials coming soon, $1.7 million dollars of ownership in Celsia, and a television deal coming for the the North America Poker Tour. No brainer here, at least $.20 within a week, in my opinion.

R.A.-Could you change the headline and add something descriptive to it, whatever you're most excited about about this stock. It's just the symbol(HGCP) and doesn't really say anything about what's going on with the stock. This thing has huge potential to make people big bucks, but you wouldn't know it from seeing the headline. This is not an attack, just trying to get some other investors to notice this gem.IMO

I just talked to the CEO, Frank Weber for about half an hour, he's a real nice guy, no BS, New Yorky type. He used to work at Smith Barney. He took over this company in August. He's currently working on updating the web sites. He's also in discussions with getting the poker tournament on the air, he said that's where the big bucks come in with advertising.(If you watch poker on TV you'll see big name companies with banners in the background not to mention the commercials). He said GTG is doing good and he's currently trying to find the best way to make that the most effecient it can be. He said the 2004 financials should be done within a couple of weeks, the 2005,2006 are already done, he's not sure how long it takes from being done to having them out on EDGAR. The thing he was most excited about is the 12% ownership HGCP has in Celsia Technologies,http://www.celsiatechnologies.com/index.asp. He explained it to me in laymans terms. Basically their product is a water cooling system, much like what your car has, but in minuture. It can be as small as a business card, and be used in lap tops, to prevent the overheating problems we've all been hearing about. It can be used in your desk top and replace the noisy fan. It can be used in LED lights, which would keep them cooler and thus last longer. It can be used in flat screen TVs, and help them last longer. Basically the technology has alot of different possibilities on how it can be used and what it can be used in. HGCP is at $0.055 right now, but the float is so low it moves on air, and any deal could take this to the moon in a second, not to mention the chart is looking pretty good, and financials should be out soon.IMO
