CHEYENNE, Wyo., Nov. 9, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Amelot Holdings, Inc. (Other OTC:AMHD.PK - News) and its wholly owned subsidiary, Amelot Alternative Energy, Inc. located in Nashua, N.H., announces that it has agreed to supply B99.9 Soy Methyl Ester; bio-diesel to Loud Fuel of Falmouth, Mass. for blending and resale to Loud's client base. ADVERTISEMENT
Loud Fuel, a leading distributor and retailer of diesel fuels and heating oil in southeastern Massachusetts for over two generations, is a recognized pioneer in offering blended bio-diesel fuels for heating oil, transportation and marine fuels docks for over four years. Loud Fuel consistently moves over 30 millions gallons of diesel fuel year over year.
``Bio-diesel has provided Load Fuel the ability to open opportunities with the federal agencies, some local municipalities and environmentally friendly companies that we had trouble competing for in the past,'' said Kabral Tasha, President of Loud Fuels.
``I'm looking forward to working with Kabral and Loud Fuel to build a strategic and long-lasting partnership to ensure profitability and increased market share for both our organizations. This arrangement is just one of the many northeast regions' prospects we are building relationships with to support the planned production from our Nashua, N.H. facility,'' said Allen Giles, President of Amelot Holdings, Inc. Amelot Alternative Energy, Inc. Moves to Acquire and Resell B99.9 Bio-Diesel Wednesday November 8, 10:10 am ET
CHEYENNE, Wyo., Nov. 8, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Amelot Holdings, Inc. (Other OTC:AMHD.PK - News) and its wholly owned subsidiary, Amelot Alternative Energy, Inc. Nashua, NH, announces that it has verbally agreed to acquire 20,000 gallons of B99.9 Soy Methyl Ester, bio-diesel, per month, from existing bio-diesel refineries in the Midwest and Mid Atlantic states, for resale to it current prospects of New England based fuel distributors and retailers. ``This acquisition and the relationships we are building with current bio-diesel producers will provide Amelot Alternative Energy, Inc. the ability to develop and service a strong client base with a competitively priced product, before our facility comes online, generating revenue and operating cash for our Nashua, NH facility,'' stated Allen Giles, President of Amelot Holdings, Inc.
Amelot Alternative Energy, Inc. plans to concentrate on the home heating oil market segment in the Northeast. The National Biodiesel Board, http://www.biodiesel.org, has identified that 66% of all the home heating oil sold in the U.S. is consumed in the 11 northeastern states. If just 5% of that oil was blended with bio-diesel, it would require over 300 million gallons of bio-diesel; equal to all of the bio-diesel produced in the U.S. last year.

you aren't alone but i know the feeling at times. I have been playing this one for over a year now. Very excited about their change in direction to alternate fuels, forward thinking, and very lucrative.

No, I don't think so. Maybe a little consolidation after the move up, RSI is getting high but otherwise looking good. As revenues start to come in, we could see this trade significantly higher imo.

This could come down lower but i like what they are doing setting up distribution before the factory is up and running. There is more money in manufacturing this fuel than in distribution because of the tax break but adding two ways for profit is good. I like these alternative fuel stocks but it is hard to find emerging companies very low priced anymore, this company appears to have a low float which is an extra plus not any biodiesel stocks in their position that you can buy any cheaper looks good for a nice upward trend with some backward steps as long as they do not pull something on us investors, had to throw that in because it is a penny stock... Good luck.

This one could run pretty good if they would quit dumping shares every time it gets momentum, even with the dumping going on it seems to climb back up once they are done, not sure how many more times that will happen if they keep increasing the O/S, still not bad for a penny stock.

I'm in this too- it always seems to stabilize itself after a selloff. I think shareholders were impatient after the last PR. Good things coming IMO. Contract with Merlin Petrolem, they are one of the largest biofuels suppliers to the US navy and coast guard.

Division of Amelot Holdings, Inc. Receives Second Shipment of Bio-Diesel At Boston Facility Tuesday January 16, 8:31 am ET
CHEYENNE, Wyo., Jan. 16, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Amelot Holdings, Inc. (Other OTC:AMHD.PK - News) is pleased to announce that Amelot Commodities, a division of the Company, has received its second rail car shipment of Bio-Diesel into Boston, Massachusetts. The Bio-Diesel will be for sale and redistribution to the Company's growing client base in the Northeast.
America's Bio-Diesel industry is predicted to add $24 billion to the U.S. economy between 2005 and 2015. The President's fiscal year 2007 Budget includes $50 million for clean diesel programs, which is a $38 million increase, and $11 million for implementation of the Renewable Fuels Standard.
``Developing our client base and working though all the relationship and logistic issues before our Nashua, New Hampshire facility is in production is extremely important to the success of the project. We hope to have the facility just about sold out before it starts up,'' says Allen Giles, President of Amelot Holdings, Inc.
The Company recently announced that Amelot Commodities took delivery in December of its first rail car of Bio-Diesel into Boston, Massachusetts for distribution to various customers in the region. Amelot Commodities Groups' clients will take receipt of the environmentally friendly, renewable fuel product throughout the month for blending and distribution.

Division of Amelot Holdings, Inc. Enters Bio-Diesel Processing Negotiations With Rhode Island Facility Tuesday January 30, 8:31 am ET
CHEYENNE, Wyo., Jan. 30, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Amelot Holdings, Inc. (Other OTC:AMHD.PK - News) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Amelot Commodities Group (ACG) has entered into contract negotiations with A2O2 Managing Partners, Inc. of Pawtucket, Rhode Island for a Bio-Diesel processing arrangement. A2O2 is currently building a 10 million gallon per year production facility with plans to go online in June 2007. ACG will provide A2O2 with the raw materials, which will then be processed at a fixed price per gallon. ACG will own the finished products and offer it for sale to its client base. ``This relationship provides us with the ability to expand quickly without expending funds for capital equipment,'' stated Allen Giles, President of Amelot Holdings, Inc. ``We will now be able to service the northeast from multiple locations reducing the transportation costs for our clients.''
The National Bio-Diesel Board states that 66% of all of the heating oil in the U.S. is consumed in the northeast. If just 5% of this fuel was blended with Bio-Diesel, it would require over 350 million gallons of Bio-Diesel; that is equal to all of the Bio-Diesel produced in the U.S. during 2005.
Amelot Holdings, Inc. recently announced that the Company is looking to capitalize on President Bush's demands for increased production of renewable fuels. President Bush proposed in his State of the Union address to set the amount of alternative fuels that must be blended into the fuel supply at 35 billion gallons by 2017, up from 7.5 billion gallons in 2012. He also stated that he wants to expand the standard to include not just Bio-Diesel but a wide range of oil alternatives, such as ethanol, methanol, butanol and hydrogen.

This one should be watched as they get back on track to start production, was delayed which has hurt the pps, but can run nicely if they stay on there production date. The nice part is that the last time i checked they had not sold to many shares off and they have no gag on ta, so is easy to keep a tab on.

This one is hard to figure, checked on another board to see if there was any real bad news, it appears that production date was set back till june, but there does not seem to be anything else causing it, but it hard to know for sure in pennyland. I have not checked lately to see if the share count is going up, i am suspicous by the amount of shares traded, might want to watch and see what happens.
