If you took my advice, (which I never gave, only facts on the stock, and an opinion of how it might behave), you wouldn't have gotten slaughtered.

O/S : State the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer's classes of common equity, as of the latest practicable date: As of August 11, 2006 the issuer had 193,292,856 shares of Common Stock issued and outstanding.
Spent over an hour on ASK at .0073, and could not fill, stingy, had to move to .0074 to fill finally. I like it for a double AT LEAST. Might catch some intitial resistance at .01, but when it gets by that, it could go to .017.
Guess I was wrong it hit .02, exceeded my expectations of .017, only saw a 170% gain from alert price.

this company, USGA has so much potential for a good pr.. this and EBLC..
The S.A.G.™ Turret has been designed as a lightweight shielded turret for the High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle ("HMMWV", commonly pronounced Hum-Vee). US Global's design is adaptable to other vehicles such as the NATO and Coalition Forces vehicles including Land Rover and Unimog vehicles.
The S.A.G.™ Turret in 7.62X39 threat level weighs less than 170 pounds and maintains rapid rotational functionality. Traditional steel armored turrets are heavy and due to the relatively high mounting location this added weight can have an adverse effect on vehicle dynamics.
The S.A.G.™ Turret, made primarily of USGN's proprietary G-Lam™ material, is designed to be impervious to petroleum distillates and to maintain performance at temperatures in excess of 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
In our test using 7.62 cal ammunition, six successive strikes near the same spot did not penetrate the armor, outperforming similarly tested ceramic faceplates in conventional composite systems.
We believe the durability, strength and low weight of the S.A.G.™ Turret System can be attributed to US Global Nanospace's G-Lam™ anti-ballistic materials technology.
