Actually on my chart DTGP already cross EMA 22 days...should be interesting to watch it next week even more if it close above .03 at EOD...Not impossible. Average volume must be around 300,000 too.

Business Summary

The Doll Technology Group, Inc. (OTC: DTGP) is a consolidated group of companies dedicated to bringing to market "Clean Solutions to Complex Problems" by offering a wide range of environmentally-friendly products and technologies that will improve safety for individuals and conserve energy. The Company's products are marketed and used all over the world, with a focus on the aerospace, transportation, and military industries.

The Company's biodegradable products and technologies encompass environmentally friendly chemical substitutes to the hazardous chemicals commonly used in various industry applications. Applications include industrial cleaners and strippers, fire suppression solutions, and water retention solutions for enhancing dry land or water restricted farming. Doll Technology Group is comprised of five complementary subsidiaries covering the following: chemicals, coatings, systems integration, manufacturing, and homeland security / government. The Doll Technology Group has joint venture and strategic partners in the USA, Canada, the Netherlands, and Australia. DTGP markets its products primarily in the western hemisphere but has a global presence.

In January 2005, DTGP acquired International Aero Technology and rebranded it as RedBrooks Laboratory, a full service independent facility that tests, qualifies and certifies all Doll Technology Group's products and services. The laboratory also has a substantial stand alone business for a wide range of clients. The laboratory is unique in that it is one of the few government certified facilities for the testing of fire suppression systems for the aerospace, maritime, and general transportation industries. Current laboratory projects are focused on fire suppression in military aircraft and new technology insulation properties for aerospace components. The laboratory holds contracts with AB Technologies, Bell Textron, BioCentral Laboratories, Bradford Industries, Driessen Aerospace Group, and FedEx, John Manville, ORCON, Gulfstream, and Nippi.

The Company's objective is to expand their advantages in "Clean & Green" technology by focusing on high-growth markets worldwide, and delivering comprehensive solutions within those markets. Doll Technology Group can extend their technology advantages by incorporating new functions and technologies, driving industry standards, and strengthening and expanding industry relationships for the benefit of its clients and shareholders.

Strong Market Opportunity

Clean technology is a strong market opportunity because of growing market demand. Private international industry and governments are now recognizing the impact of hazardous chemicals on the environment, and are seeking environmentally friendly chemical substitutes. The Company is poised to capitalize on a number of favorable market trends. Industries are moving away from solvents, Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC's), and flammables in favor of biodegradable, low toxicity, recyclable components as supplied by Doll Technology Group.

Domestically, the Federal government purchases more than $200 billion worth of goods and services each year. Recognizing that purchasing decisions have large environmental consequences, the Federal government is beginning to incorporate environmental considerations into its purchasing practices. An Executive Order of the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) issued its proposed Guidance on Acquisition of Environmentally Preferable Products and Services to help federal agencies include these considerations when making purchasing decisions. In Europe, environmentally friendly products have been actively used and well received over the past 10 to 15 years.

Strategic Alliances

Doll Technology Group has formed strategic agreements with numerous companies and the U.S. Government to develop manufacture and market a wide range of products and technologies.

DTGP's biodegradable products and chemicals are produced and marketed throughout the world. The Company has agreements to market and/or manufacture products with the following companies:

1. AB Technologies, Sint Jansteen, Zeeland, Netherlands (Biodegradable vegetable based cleaning products and chemicals)
2. BioCentral Laboratories Limited, Adelaide, Australia (Biocompatible products for various industries involved in fire fighting, water conservation; soil stabilization; horticulture and agriculture, and manufacturing markets)
3. FirePass Corporation, New York, New York, USA (A joint venture has been established between FirePass, Inc. and Doll Technology Group to manufacture and market Hypoxic Air fire prevention and suppression technology in combination with the U.S. Navy's low pressure Water Mist technology.)

Some more DD. CEO waiting for approved product. As soon as they get it watch this stock closely...Low float, good product, interesting revenues and BTW Chart screaming to let her pps go higher...way oversold.

Investment Highlights

Timing the Market: The global marketplace is moving away from solvents, Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC's), and flammables and is moving towards biodegradable, low toxicity, recyclable components as supplied by Doll Technology Group. An Executive Order of the EPA issued its proposed Guidance on Acquisition of Environmentally Preferable Products and Services to help federal agencies include these considerations when making purchasing decisions.

Recent Contracts: October 2005, LSDE awarded a $1.1 Million contract for delivery of BlazeTamer fire suppression materials. In June 2005, Just in Case Fire of Canada awarded a $5.5 Million contract for 10,000 DTGP fire suppression units along with a long-term "period of performance contract" for the on-going production of this unit over three years. In March 2005, FedEx awarded the Company’s RedBrooks Laboratory a test program for fire suppression in cargo containers used on commercial freighter aircraft.

Experienced Leadership: The Company's leadership team brings more than 100 years of collective experience in marketing, engineering, and large scale, global technology markets.

International Expansion: DTGP's products are used throughout the world, with inroads in U.S., Australia, and European countries.

Competitive Advantage: Company-owned RedBrooks Laboratory is one of the few government certified facilities for the testing of fire suppression systems for the aerospace, maritime, and general transportation industries.

Upside Potential: The Company projects consistent near-term growth with increased profits. In fiscal year 2006 (ended June 30), the Company anticipates $10 million in revenues with a net income of over $970,000, which is expected to increase to $55 million in revenues and $9.5 million in net income in fiscal 2007

DTGP is definately oversold as of late. With everything they have going for them, I'm surprised the pps is still in the .02 range. Fridays movement is a sign of good things to come.

I just try to figure out the short term target price. Resistant at .027 but if DTGP break .034 or around seem no more resistance before .06. Cos of low float and if some daytrader come in DTGP could be push til .075 almost like may 15th.

Doll Technology Announces FAA Certification of Its Redbrooks Laboratory to Perform Flammability Testing of Aircraft Materials
Friday October 20, 1:30 pm ET

Certification Enables Company to Pursue Aviation-Related Customers

SEDRO WOOLLEY, WA--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct 20, 2006 -- Doll Technology Group Inc. (Other OTC:DTGP.PK - News) announced today that it has received approval from the Seattle Aircraft Certification Office (ACO) for its RedBrooks Laboratory Division to perform Federal Aviation Authority (FAA) flammability certification testing in an effort to help improve airline cabin safety. The RedBrooks facility has completed all requirements called for by the FAA following a review undertaken by the ACO in the spring of 2006.

RedBrooks Laboratory, whose clients have included Federal Express, Bell Helicopter Textron, and other major O.E.M. companies, is now certified to carry out tests with respect to Amendment 25-111 which covers fire penetration resistance of thermal/acoustic insulation materials, in an effort to improve airline cabin safety.

"This certification from the FAA is a major development for Doll Technology and allows RedBrooks Laboratory to pursue customers and increase revenues for the company," stated John Brooks, Director of Research.

RedBrooks intends to expand its capabilities to cover additional FAA aviation fire tests on a progressive basis, which will provide RedBrooks Laboratory with the potential to generate significant revenues moving forward. The Lab also intends to perform other research and testing activities that do not require specific FAA test procedure certification. With the RedBrooks' lab active within the aviation sector, the company has the potential to introduce other Doll Technology products into the aviation industry.
