lol i will tell you that the float is 30.324
and it was trading at 3.95 and it wayyyyyy low now!

but
it has a sb2 filing running
so it depends how much they dilute it
i played it on the last run, it did pretty well

I saw that as well, nice pickup.
Here is my 2 cents on that...

One, the o/s will still be ~45mil even after the sb-2. And that is going directly to a financier whom, I doubt, would enter into such an agreement if they didn't think that they were going to come out ahead on it in the end. So, in other words, I don't think those shares will hit the market for a while, and shouldn't effect the PPS that much, at least for now.

Companies like this depend on financing to develop their product, I am happily surprised that they have kept a fairly good lid on it. Definitely watching this one, thanks matto.
