I called the company as well as to see if I could glean any more information.

The delay in the deal going through was due to there being a change from an acquisition to the merger that will now take place.

There is a meeting this week between the various legal people to get the paperwork signed. The numbers behind the deal have already been agreed.

I asked how the merger was being paid for and didn't get an answer LOL.

There will be a PR to announce the merger completed with the terms of the deal.

There will also be a future announcement of business plans following the merger.

From what i know there is 30.5 million shorted.


And not only that a group is jumpin on this sometime this week.

They ran SSSU from 0.0065 to 0.03

www.thesharkster.8m.com <--- they have ECFL on there.
