COMPANY NEWS AND PRESS RELEASES FROM OTHER SOURCES:

Coastal Holdings, Inc. Announces 1-for-2,500 Reverse Stock Split

Reverse Split Will Broaden Investor Appeal and Improve Liquidity of the Stock

HOUSTON, TX, Oct 06, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Coastal Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CSJJ), today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a 1-for-2,500 reverse split of its common stock. The reverse stock split will be effective today.
The purpose of the reverse split is to increase the per share trading price of Coastal Holdings' common stock, thereby appealing to a broader range of investors. To the extent that the reverse split does succeed in attracting more investor interest in the stock, shareholders may also benefit from improved trading liquidity of the stock. According to CFO Yves C. Renaud, the reverse split is a necessary step in the restructuring of Coastal Holdings, including its plans to list the Company's common shares on the OTC Bulletin Board.

Upon execution, CSJJ shareholders will receive one new share of CSJJ common stock for every 2,500 shares held. CSJJ's common stock will begin trading on a split-adjusted basis when the market opens on Monday, October 9, 2006.

For more information on Coastal Holdings and its new strategic growth initiatives, CEO Andrea Cortellazzi advises all shareholders to contact Mr. Yves C. Renaud, CA.

This thing has sucked for a while now. Reminds me a lot of AWBV...

promised, but undelivered dividends, stagnant price below .0001...

then a magical huge R/S in an attempt to get the PPS to a higer level...

which, in turn, exposes short positions that you know exists within it's gigantic presplit o/s, the brokers screw it up, the shorts get screwed, and it forces the price to be at a super inflated level in which you can dump more shares into.

brilliant plan really, amazing it's legal. I don't like it, but what are you gonna do? It's the game we play. This might be the start of a trend with these super subbers, perhaps? Hmmm....

My bet is that this is screwed up again after the r/s and this will pull a PAVC/AWYB/PAIM/(insert scam here) type move and go nuts here shortly.

Maybe not though, maybe the brokers or shorts, or whomever has learned their lesson...

somehow I doubt it, but we'll see. I will be watching for sure...

oh boy, I looked at my account and I have 100k shares! Now I will have 40 shares after the R/S. Thought I only had 10k... [Big Grin]

atleast...I'm not sure of the o/s right now, 10bil is probably right.

In any case, I won't believe anything until I see it on the daily list...

Coastal Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CSJJ), today announced that it has cancelled the planned 150 for 1 forward split of the Company's common stock. Newly appointed CFO Yves C. you bet it is.

IF they go through with this, someone will screw it up, just watch. And we'll have another super scam stock trading at ridiculous levels...hey, just like AWYB!

watch for this trend. nothing like a huge r/s and a rumor of massive shorting to get your POS scam stock to unreal levels so you can dump more shares. I could have turned $300 into $60,000 with AWYB (.003->.60+), this POS might do the same thing. Major scam no doubt, but so are the others in this position. We'll see. Nothing but a game on this one, interested to see if they actually do it.

I think so, it is a HUGE POS. Trading at sub .0001 levels lately. I hope nobody but me still has shares, and certainly don't buy any if you don't. I don't even know if the company does anything anymore, or if they ever did. Strictly a game here, might be an opportunity to make money if this scenario goes down like AWYB. Then again, they might not even do it. Who knows? I bought it as a joke to see if they would really do the 150-1 FS. They didn't. So nothing makes me think they will do this RS. If they do, it could be a great post RS mess. Maybe they'll open a new horizon on the sexual frontier like AWYB? [Big Grin]

so did this company have any operations going before they went public or is the reason they went public was to get money to begin work?

If this thing drops on huge volume tomorrow after the split, we could have another AWYB type drama in the making...some broker is bound to screw this up and allow non-converted accounts to sell...And I hope it gets some crazy short position so I can get this POS out of my portfolio!

You'll open at .25 someday, but not tomorrow.

And the stock will immediately tank. A lot of people will be watching for signs of inexplicable volume. If selling volume is high (which it probably will be), they may assume there is shorting. Even if wrong, there will probably be a bounce back as speculators snap up "cheap" shares and traders with a good sense of timing will have an opportunity for a quick buck. Get in near the bottom, ride the bounce and get out while confusion still reigns.

When that day comes.

I'm tellin' ya, watch this POS tomorrow. If the R/S goes through in the morning, and volume is massive and the price plummets, I will throw some money at it again. I watched AWYB go from .50 after the split, down to .003, then back up to whatever it is now. In one day I could have made $20k from $300. It could happen here, I think these super POS scam stocks do these in hopes that brokerages will screw up. We shall see.

PLEASE, do not buy this if you don't know what you are doing...right, like I know what I'm doing... [Big Grin]

Today they announce that yesterday's holiday (which apparently took them by surprise) will postpone tomorrow's R/S. At least they have quality management.
