looks to me as though they are going from a 66mil o/s to a 330mil o/s...

perhaps I am interpreting that filing wrong...

anyway, ARCA is an ECN...meaning it is an electronic trading system that traders and companies can use to buy/sell stock. when ARCA is on the ask, it generally means someone or something is using it to fill big sell orders. The opposite is also true, if ARCA is on the bid, then someone or something is using it to fill a large buy order. Notice how ARCA moves no matter where the ask is, and appears to have unlimited shars at any price level +/- 3 cents...

There are no absolutes, but that is generally how it works, to my knowledge.

Your right got out *.024 and it was hard. If this was a real bounce play they would have soaked those up like crazy.

19.6M traded looks like the all time high volume. This company is in the biomed field specifically stem cells. The volume could mean something positive in the pipeline. Watching closely here for company news. The volume will bring more investors/traders in and pps uts hopefully. Should be interesting .
