On the other hand, a more favorable area for tropical development exists south of 20 north. Shear is somewhat reduced this far south as weak upper-level ridging aloft is promoting relatively slower flow. Some waves moving westward are passing through this area and bear watching. One tropical wave is moving toward the Lesser Antilles and is located along 59 west, south of 18 north. This wave is generating widespread thunderstorms and weak low pressure may be forming near 14 north, 58 west. Upper-level shear is strong to the north of this wave, while the shear is less to the west toward the Lesser Antilles. Although the time frame for this wave to develop is limited by an increasing amount of shear it still bears watching. Another tropical wave centered at 71 west, south of 20 north, is moving west at 10 knots into an area more favorable for development. With weak upper-level ridging over the Caribbean, we will also keep an eye on this feature for development, despite the fact that the thunderstorms associated with this wave are mainly over Hispaniola.
Farther east toward Africa, there is another tropical wave embedded within the Intertropical Convergence Zone, near 33 west, south of 18 north moving west at 10 knots. However, as we proceed through the rest of the week, an upper low will dig southwestward from the Azores to near 30 west, south of 38 north, increasing the amount of shear across the eastern Atlantic and really inhibiting the development of this wave and any other wave to emerge off of the African coast for some time to come. Toward the weekend and into next week, the more favorable areas for development will shift toward the western Caribbean and southern Gulf of Mexico; however, at this point it is hard to say that a wave will be in this area

from strongus... huge.. had to share this, i hope he doesnt mind.. this is turning into an unusual group play to burn the shorts IMO.. Im in heavy monday.. this chart is just to good and i can feel a squeeze..
ECCI Update : I spoke to ECCI CEO today. He is very pissed off about the way they manipulated the stock price. He is ready to go any length to protect shareholder interest and the stock price. I am expecting a PR Monday (intraday most likely) to this effect. He is talking to SEC attorney before issuing anything to public. If not Monday then Tuesday by latest is my guess. You know what he can say to me and what he can't. We will collectively take on the shorts and send them to poor house:-)

If he wants a pay back to really squeeze the *******s, suggest to him a Buyback program several millions now that the stock is dirt cheap, to really give it to them. IF I was the cEO and did this to me, you can understand how they would be dancing Sally=Buy back program immidiately,NOBO list, and on and on.They would never do it to another company again.I squeezed a short in 2005 huge time on a similar deal. RDXM stock.They hired a company got a loan Lajjolla from San Diego.They started shorting the stock to the basement killing us all investors back then from .10 to .002 December 2004.Company was furious.I was going crazy.I said where the F the shares coming from?Company was saying no way they were diluting.We smelled the *******s trying to screw company and all of us.I gave the signal as I smelled the short big time. I was watching the huge volumes look below.I said okay=The company is not selling,that means some how Lajjolla shorting the deal of the CD,since they know they will collect the shares to cover in a later date.I was down big.I said they are history.Time for the biggest shaft.Started hiting very hard the ask.Look what happened in one month.Stocks goes from .002 to .039.If you go to RB on RDXM board back then you see what was happening.
