I think MMs will take it down a little bit to attract more buyers next week. Closing at HOD is no good for multi-day run. Friday is not a good day to run a stock, it's just a preparation for a run.

Is GMSC still a buy here...
The following does not come from me (2024). It comes from a sophisticated investor with much more market savy than myself. This individual has been a GMSC shareholder for some time and does speak with management:
"Apparently what has caused the action so far today was the completion of the last 50 million shares of a 130 million share 504 that was started a month or so ago. The last pieces went out at .0018 this morning. While the Company hated to have to do it that cheap, with Qbanito now starting his US album release, the Company had to make sure that they had at least $150,000 to cover all of his bills and make sure that they had a good inventory of albums to market.
As compared to the way they handled the initial release of his French version for French speaking Canada, where some 35,000 copies have already been sold in the past few months, but with those albums being paid for and promoted by a third party leaving only around $2.00 a copy for the Company, the Company decided, due to the success in the French Canadian initial market, to handle and distribute the US (Spanish) version directly. Aside from the fact that the Latin market in the US is more than 10 times the market in western Canada, by doing a self release, the Company will receive around $7.00 gross a copy. Berlin, the CEO feels that based on the demographic difference, that it is not unrealistic for this new Spanish version to sell as many as 500,000 copies over the next six to nine months. If that is the case, then the company would gross around $3.5 million. Since this is a pinkie, nobody would be willing to do a standard private placement since the shares cannot be registered, leaving the Company with the 504 market as the only place to go.
From what I understand, now after this sale of 50 million more shares today, the outstanding that the TA gave out is correct at 323,031,126, but the float is now around 150 million.
So that leaves the question if the stock is still a good buy around the .003 level. Well, that puts the total Market Cap of this ten year old Company just under $1 million. The Company has less than $50,000 in total debt (Canadian Government Long term loan). If you go to the Company website http://www.gmsc-info.com and just look at their four Studios, along with their proprietary song catalog, the Company's value must be worth around $2 million or twice the Market Cap at .003, and a book value of around .008. Now if the Company really does manage to sell 500,000 copies and brings in over $3 million in just the next nine months from just this one album and one artist alone, I don't see how at least a $10 million market cap is unrealistic. With only 323,031,126 shares outstanding, that $10 million Market Cap would require a stock price around .031 or more than 10 times a .003 current price.
But lets look at a worst case basis. They only have 500 million authorized. So they only have around 177 million shares left that can come out. From what I understand, the public owns well over 50% so the authorized can't be increased without a shareholder vote. Assuming the worst and that they do continue to have to do some more 504 over the next six months, and lets say they dribble it out at an average of only .005, a million shares a day. Well theoretically that would raise the Company around $900,000 more in cash. (I say theoretically because they have already raised around $700,000 of the Million Dollar 504 limit since last November so they really can't raise anywhere near that much due to 504 limits) But even with the 500 million, that would only put the Market Cap at todays of say .003 at $1.5 million, but with shareholders equity around a penny. Now if they really do bring in some three million in royalty, they would probably bring at least half of that to the bottom line. or around half a cent a share.
So, bottom line, IMO, it is a shame that the old shareholders have had to suffer through this since you can see by looking at a chart the stock traded as high as $.37 this past March, but new shareholders seem to be given quite an opportunity by buying up the small float of the very real Company these prices."
