Com ($0.013)

COMPANY NEWS AND PRESS RELEASES FROM OTHER SOURCES:
Somatic Systems, Inc. 2006 Training Revenue YTD Exceeds Last Year's 2005 YTD by 37%

NORTHAMPTON, MA, Sep 25, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Somatic Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SMAS) is pleased to announce that 2006 revenues (through Q3 '06) for the Clinical Somatic Training Program are 37% greater than such revenues for the first three quarters of 2005. Training revenue in 2005 was $48,800 as compared to training revenue of $67,000 as of September 25, 2006.

The training program represents just one component of the Company's three-part business model, which consists of the Clinical Somatic Training Program, clinic operations (one-on-one sessions with practitioners and group movement classes), and retail product sales of somatics reference materials (books, tapes, mats, etc.), which are sold both online and in the clinics.

"We are pleased to be ahead of last year's revenue and with the fourth quarter still to go. Our training classes continue to grow. With our upcoming financial aid program, we expect those numbers to increase significantly," stated Steven Aronstein, Chairman and CEO of Somatic Systems, Inc.

"The growth we're seeing in training revenue at our Northampton clinic is due to a grass-roots marketing effort. Our opportunity increases as we open clinics in new areas and as we build awareness through increased marketing efforts," said Kathy Kerber, VP Marketing, Somatic Systems, Inc.

Somatic Systems Outlines Sales Strategy -- as Featured on MacReport.Net

Wednesday, October 11, 2006 08:31 ET

NORTHAMPTON, MA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 10/11/06 -- Somatic Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SMAS) is pleased to announce that announce that CEO Steve Aronstein was recently interviewed on Macreport.net. In his interview, Mr. Aronstein highlighted the Company's short-range business strategy in generating revenues and making the Company cash flow positive. In his interview, Mr. Aronstein also stated that limited capital is required to open Total Somatics(TM) clinics, since Somatic Systems does not prescribe drugs, require expensive medical equipment, or utilize invasive treatments.

Mr. Aronstein described a three-part strategy for expanding the business nationwide. The first step includes building the three-year Somatic Systems Institute Clinical Somatic Education(TM) Professional Training Program, which currently adds the largest percentage of revenue to the company. The second step is to increase the number of one-on-one sessions in clinics offered by certified Total Somatics(TM) clinical practitioners and the third is to build retail and online product sales of Somatic Systems reference materials. These materials include books, audio products and other products. He also added that Somatic Systems plans to offer a subscription-based service offering 24/7 online access to its complete library of audio programs in the next 6 to 12 months.

"This enables us to open clinics with very little capital investment other than an office, a somatics table and a certified practitioner. The market potential is considerable. According to WebMD.com, chronic pain affects an estimated 86 million American adults. "Today's population is increasingly in pain, and has few options for relief other than medication," stated Steve Aronstein, Chairman and CEO of Somatic Systems, Inc.

Somatic Systems, Inc. Targets U.S. Military Market
Tuesday , November 28, 2006 08:31 ET

NORTHAMPTON, MA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 11/28/06 -- Somatic Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SMAS) is pleased to announce that the Company is targeting the U.S. military in an effort to help relieve soldiers of chronic pain. Nationwide more than 41 percent of nearly 185,000 Iraq and Afghanistan veterans who sought care from the Veterans Administration reported muscular-skeletal problems, mostly from back and joint pain.

More than 1.4 million active-duty uniformed personnel serve in the four branches of the Department of Defense, representing a potential multi-million dollar pain relief market. The Total Somatics(TM) technique combats unnecessary muscular contraction and associated pain often resulting from traumatic injury or chronic stress. The techniques offer a solution previously untested in the U.S. military.

"This is a unique opportunity for Somatic Systems and for the U.S. military. There are millions of active and retired military personnel who can benefit from our pain relief techniques. Our hope is that Total Somatics(TM) becomes one of the standard treatments for chronic pain for veterans," stated Somatic Systems, Inc. Chairman and CEO, Steve Aronstein.

Nearly 26 million living Americans have served in the military. Total Somatics(TM) uses a series of movements that restore muscles to their natural state. Total Somatics(TM) techniques have been tested on numerous members of the U.S. military with overwhelmingly positive results.
