As of November 10, 2006, there were 186,921,093 shares outstanding of the issuer's common stock.
There is some dilution present due to a convertible debenture issued to Cornell and a previous SB-2 for 164mil that has not been fully absorbed I suspect...
So, they could dilute a lot. And they will/are. But, I think there will be some breather periods where they will let it run. I have watched a multitude of stocks that are diluting run like crazy. They have to let it run here and there, or else they kill the stock completely and have nothing to dilute into. Which they don't want, so they dilute, then let it breathe.
Note the pattern in the chart. It has a pattern of running for a few days at the end of the month, starting with September and going through December. It gets beat down for a week or so, then goes back up for a few days. It has not had a run yet this month, so possibly it will follow that same pattern and have a few positive days.

ARCA got rid of a lot of shares eod. dilution wont last forever, reminds me of AVVW as I watched DOMS and CLYP just sell all alone 10 ticks under the crowd for days.. like you have here, only to spring it for a five bagger, all they are doing is giving away cheap shares to their buds, plus I think they cant push MACD much further w/o a correction. we'll see.

I thought that we learned that the harder they take these down the harder it eventually goes.. feeling discouraged, scared, ready to give up, lol.. thats exactly what mm's want.. and i stole that from will btw, b/c its so true imo.
I remember when everyone was convinced GDVI was stuck in a pit forever, lol.. right.. list goes on and on, thats the most recent one. I'll buy more if ARCA takes it down more. huge vol today.

ive actually found that when you use GTC orders and set your target on the charts, one doesnt need to even be by the monitor trading, usually ive found the more time i dont watch and set limit orders the better i do, plus i go do whatever i want all day, I dont hold any stock long term, or if i do its gearing up still and watch it daily, no matter what, ive been burned worse on big board stocks, within days, lol.. I threw all my money in big board stocks a while back frustrated with pennies, i went bonkers and went back instantly.. good luck.. just my experience

really the trading up until now didnt surprise me, now its at a total double bottom on the charts, especially the weekly, and we can see how it trends from this. Im liking it..
