As part of our restructuring, the company will order the NOBO list from ADP to determine the number of shares outstanding and the number of holders of the company's shares. We feel the recent selling is not related to actual shares outstanding. Once we receive the NOBO list from ADP, and if there is a short position in our shares we intend to do a share exchange with one of our Reg. E funds to address the short position.
Our Private Equity funds that we are creating will take a position in SSSU shares and will fund our future development. The offering circular for the Reg. E Offering is being prepared by our legal counsel and the offering will commence shortly.

Silver Screens Studios: Restructuring to Address Capital Structure with NOBO Evaluation Tuesday October 3, 10:34 am ET Global 1 Funds Develops Reg. E Business Development Companies for Mergers and Acquisitions and Share Support
Our management feels there is a significant failure to deliver position in our stock and the NOBO list will identify the extent of the position. To protect our shareholders we are developing the share exchange program with one of the Reg. E Funds that will place an estimated value of $.10 to $.25 on the shares of SSSU.
Business Combination
We have a strategy to increase the book value of SSSU and enter into a business combination via Form S-4. Once the business combination is completed we expect the combined business to trade at the value of the combined entity. More details will be forthcoming regarding the share exchange program.
Shareholder Benefits and Dividend Distribution:
We have developed the dividend program with one of the Reg. E. Funds. Each Reg. E fund can raise up to $5.0 million per year exempt from registration. The family of funds we are developing will assists SSSU in support of its restructuring and will immediately fund the real estate and entertainment business units. We have developed our business model to fund and develop new high growth companies.

I love this part. Nobo should be out Thursday. It usually takes 3 to 4 days if no problems. So tomorrow we will have alot of covering from shorters.
