LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 14, 2006--
SkyBridge Technology Group, Inc. (OTC:SBTG) Board of Directors has announced today that SBTG has released its financial report for quarter ending 6/30/06.
States James Wheeler, CEO of "SBTG," "We are pleased with our 1st financial report since the acquisition of Sierra Pacific Aviation." Revenues for the six months ending June 2005 were reported as $8,765.00. Revenues for the six months ending June 2006 jumped to $74,496.00, an increase of over 850%. During the same period, cost of revenues declined. During the period the company reported assets of $528,837 and SkyBridge has retired its outstanding debt load by $411,302 through a negotiation and a variety of financial transactions. Wheeler also states: "SkyBridge will continue to negotiate debt reductions to increase profitability by putting more resources into future growth."

almost 10 times daily volume. Already up 72% so it may make sense to wait for a pullback, but I think this is going to go much higher just due to the low float and high volume

.0032 gone and trades now going through at .0033. HOD is .0034. Could fly if it gets through that, although resistance looks to be at .0035 based on L2s. Although we all know how unreliable L2s are a lot of the time.

Well that sucks. I had to leave yesterday around 1:15 for a doctors appointment and got home to see .0021. I guess the low float didn't matter with so many people taking profits from getting in early in the day.
Guess I blew that one. Hopefully it'll get back to .003 so I can break even.

That obviously can't be right though. Pinksheets showsabout 80million O/S which is still only about $150,000 total for all of the O/S.
This one could go big with such a low float and good news. I'm in at .0029 and .003
According to the quarterly filed on Sept 11th, the Authorized is 1,950,000,000 for common, 10 million for Ser A Convertible, and 10 million for Ser B Convertible. The O/S for common is 79,754,324, which still is a very decent level. Also, this is another pink that posts their quarterly's.
