Check out the charts on this .0001 baby. This water purification company with a patent pending historically runs hard in September, during hurricane season. Ran to .008 last september during Katrina.

Check out the charts:

 -

The above chart shows hurricane activity.

 -

This chart shows PHBT price during this same time.

With some volume, and storm activity (hurricane Florence is brewing hard right now) I believe we can see double zeros in PHBT.

GLTA...

There's another thread on phbt. It's probably the worst hurricane play this year. Big time dilution. Currently no bid. Some sort of run would be nice (right now it's almost impossible to get out at any price), but I think this one's dead until the patent.

It will be an exciting moment when we get a bid back, but it's going to take weeks to churn through all the new shares the company released a couple weeks back.

The weather may save us, but I doubt it. Put this one in your long portfolio.

What are the chances Doxey issues a share buyback program, and this thing turns into the next PAIM?

We have a bid!!

-1.0000

Never seen a negative bid before. Darkhorse, I admire your optimism. There's a small part of me that still hopes, but it's hope in the face of all evidence. But why not? It's not like I'm doing anything else with these shares anytime soon.

Pure H20 Bio-Technologies, Inc. Announces Unanimous Decision by the District Court of Appeal of the State of Florida Fourth District Confirming Its Judgment, Totaling Over $1,000,000
Business Wire - September 12, 2006 06:00

BOCA RATON, Fla., Sep 12, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Pure H2O Bio-Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets:PHBT), announced that on September 6, 2006, it was decided unanimously by three judges of the Fourth District Court of Appeals of the State of Florida, to reverse an order by the trial court, 17th Judicial Circuit, Broward County, Florida, vacating the damages judgment awarded to PHBT in April 2003. The Appellate Court found that, "There was no significant evidence that would allow the trial court to vacate damages judgment." Under this theory of law, the appellate judges reversed the order.

PHBT was awarded the sum of $896,619.50 plus 6% interest annually until fully paid from the 17th Judicial Circuit, Broward County, Florida. The award reflected an unanimous jury verdict against Joseph A. Mazziotti and Louis Mazziotti of Louisville, Kentucky, for Fraud, Breach of Contract and Money lent and triple damages for Civil Theft under Florida Statute 772.11. The jury decided unanimously to award damages on the basis that Joseph A. Mazziotti and Louis Mazziotti misappropriated corporate funds, which were intended for the purchase of equipment, and found that these funds were used for their own personal use; which was determined to be embezzlement. PHBT's complaint further alleged false statements, misrepresentations and omissions of material fact, which resulted in the issuance of shares of stock, providing the Mazziottis with monies for fraudulent expense reimbursements and fictitious research and development. To date, accumulated interest, at the legal rate, has the judgment worth over $1,075,943. The Company's counsel intends to aggressively pursue collection of this judgment which is partially secured by real estate in Kentucky.

PHBT's CEO, Joseph P. Doxey, stated, "Now that the Appeal Court has spoken, it has cut off any further efforts for the defendants to escape from under this judgment."

About PHBT: PHBT is a publicly held company specializing in the research, development and commercialization of its unique residential and commercial water disinfection systems. The Company intends to commence the manufacture and distribution of its products through a network of Independent distributors. The public is becoming increasingly aware of the threat of terrorists who may try to introduce waterborne contaminates into the nation's water supplies. PHBT is positioned to produce and market its disinfection systems on the homeland security front fulfilling an urgent public need.

The news today is very significant. Why? Because it establishes creditibilities to the company. Also, it shows that our ceo is honest, credible, and hard working. He is doing his best to put forth a good products into the market, increased equity to the company, and as well as increased shareholders' value. JMHO!

In part, that's up to phbt. In part, that's up to the USPTO. In part that's up to phbt's competitors. Can take years.

Do some DD, but I have held this since for more than six months and will continue to hold for the long haul-Flipped some a month or so ago when it ran to .0004-Have millions as well..keep it on the radar as this tends to spike this time of year- Patents usually go through several revisions before final acceptance..just an FYI..could be another month-could be another year..Good product IMO..diluted CO though..so is the story with Pinks...a million $$ settlement is nice news..now they just need to collect the $$ and buy back some shares-Two PR's in less than two months is progress..last one they had was 12/04

Sell half. If it runs, you're still in it, if it falls back, you can buy millions more.

Thanks guys .

I was smart ...when I place my order to sell it was after I bought some at .0001 & sold part for .0002 then rebought more at .0001 .

And I place two sell orders at .0002 . That way if I ever want to cancell I have option to cancell part of .0002 and leave other part there . Just to be safe both ways .

I did not cancell either order yet but now that market just closed I have all day till tonight to think on it .

All feed back on this welcome pleez . If I get rich I buy all of you dinner ..And a rush drink { I own 1 mil of that rshn } * .0011
