looks like registration statements for securities offerings at prices significantly higher than where we are. Will..any other thoughts? TIA

The first is an SB2 for 300M, which it looks like about 1/2 will be sold into the market.
The other is an older S8 for 150M, which is either sold, or in process of being sold.
That would account for the volume increase. They do run with dilution going on, but it won't be sustained because the selling MM will dilute with expected results. It needs to break .01 and hold if it is going to be sustained, but then it will catch hell at .013. I don't see it getting by .01 right now. It might bounce betwen .006 / .01 for awhile. That's my opinion, means little.

Thanks Will..over 22 million shares traded now,that is 3 x regular volume so maybe over .01 tomorrow...

Guess I'm a bit more cynical then you are, doling. I prefer the shortest, easiest, most logical explanation for the volume increase, dilution.

If they get approval, that news, if / when it ocurrs will overcome the dilution. Right now it is betting on the come, a big "IF". You will see a lot speculative PR's when dilution is taking place. It is pretty much SOP. These penny companies and their CEO's know how the game is played.

good posts will... I agree with you on the games that companies and the CEO play... pennies are the wild west of trading, so much shady business, they can pretty much do whatever they want. I think 90% of PRs from any penny company is useless fluff... either way, after all is said and done, I'm happy this stock is back in action.

Over 31M now, and they are bringing it down. imdao, this is the pattern you will see for this stock, until the dilution is over. If you like a comparison, look at SEVI, same conditions/situation.
