Indocan Resources Negotiating Oil & Gas Properties
SAN ANTONIO, Texas, Aug 29, 2006 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- The Board of Directors of Indocan Resources Inc. (OTC: IDCN) reports today that the Company is in advanced negotiations to acquire a substantial interest in oil and gas properties with two different companies.
The Oil and Gas Lease Sales Purchase Contract with an Ohio-based operation involves the purchase of up to fifty percent interest in multi-well sites that plan to rework and re-open existing wells. The other company is Texas based with multiple properties. We have identified one large prospect that has 320 lease acres and plans a 7,000 foot initiative in a field estimated to hold eight million barrels of oil and over 7 billion cubic feet of natural gas.
Once the agreements are executed a formal announcements will be made to the shareholders with additional details of drilling schedules and estimated reserves from geology reports.

UBSS holding this one right now (good breakout this morning!!!). Should get one more PR in my opinion. You might be able to get in at .0008 before EOD. RSI looks safe and appears we have bottomed out.
IDCN has been flatlined for a month now, September is going to be their month to break out, plus check out the chart. Looking Good!

yea I might need to stay away from sub penny stocks, but they can be fun. although if you do the right things and don't fall for all the pump and dump scams which most of them are you can do pretty good.

Maybe we can get a a little gappage up tomorrow morning??? Im ridin' this one to .0080 or higher baby. Hopefully by end of september. If we can get some solid updates about lease properties and proven 3-d seismic readings of newley acquired leases - LOOK OUT!

Oh yeah, did some reasearch on natural gas in ohio. They have an abundant supply and IDCN should be able to get a nice chunk of that pie!!!!

yea I got in yesterday at 0008. So I looking for a little gain although it would be nice to get a ride on a rocket ship. Just got to remember to not get so greedy and take profits when the arise. but so far it's looking good so far. Hope we can all make some money on this one.

Hello everybody. What a vacaction. What have we got going on here today. HMMMM looks like -- nothing, boring.
Things should be happening here pretty soon.imo We are in the works of some nice partnerships and land leases. Time to generate interst in this puppy!
