LOL ! while it is probably the best time ever to GET IN !!! Listen to the latest CEO's speech on smallcapvoices, you will be surprized: 4 new deals pending, with one with a major worldwide brake maker, only that deal could bring some net profit of about 1.2 Million bucks / year with their GS610. Listen to him, and learn how sales of their new products (wash, polish, ...) stated in Arizona ! much promizing... and more !

Guys, I have read the Pre-14c. As per previously declared by Motorsports Emporium Management, possible additional dilution is now of the past. Current 450 million shares (float) will simply become 1:225 = 2 miilion shares (float)
Apart of a mathematical operation I don't see what it could bring worst ! On the contrary, it will bring the SP to about 0.36 US$ / share, and with perspectives, as soon as 1 US$ is touched, get out OTCBB and get it NASDAQ ! (he said about it with other words,... he said about management buying some shares themselves ...)

When is the split going to take place? Should I stick it out with the stock, or get out fast?

The pps will go up some...then probably tank back to near what it was...if not relatively lower. That's typical with an RS.

Unfortunately, I have no free funds in my Scottrade account. They still do not have electronic transfers, so I'm waiting for my check to be processed. I plan on buying possibly 1,000,000 additonal shares as soon as I can. I really have faith in this company. Regardless of the fears of a reverse-split, the company seems to have a plan, and have a few different avenues they are taking.
