Company Is Ready to Commence Drilling Program at Overman Property
NEW YORK, NY--(MARKET WIRE)--Aug 17, 2006 -- HE-5 Resources, Corp. (Other OTC:HRRP.PK - News), today announced that one of the seventeen claims included in the Company's Overman Property site contains an estimated inferred resource of over 1 million tons of ore for Phase I of the Drilling Program. This estimate does not take into account the tonnage that lies under the existing pit floor. The inferred resource is based on results of the tests performed on ore samples from the Overman pit that were extracted during five drilling programs prior to HE-5's acquisition of the Property. Following these positive results from the assaying of past samples, HE-5 is pleased to report that it is now ready to commence Phase I of the Drilling Program at the Overman Property. ADVERTISEMENT
HE-5 is in the process of completing its audited financial statements, which will reflect results from operations on an annual basis for the previous two years, ending on August 31, 2006. The Company has decided to release these annual audited statements rather than the Opening Statement for the first quarter of 2006 (as reported on May 5) due to the fact that it will provide investors with a more accurate and complete representation of the financial progress and condition of the Company. Currently, HE-5 declares that it is debt-free and in a positive cash position even after incurring approximately $500,000 in pre-production or operational costs to date.
HE-5 today also confirmed that the roadwork and drill pad construction have been completed. It is indeed interesting there was no real sell off on 5 million volume day. The stock appears to be under accumlation, could just be mm's. The finanical statement is expected to come out. Last time this company did not release it like they said they would, and tried to justify. Company also said they would be profitable by end of Oct.Market seems to be anticipating some good news. I have it under accumulation,but have my doubts about management. I could not even get through to call them, and message says voice mail full. They also have not returned my email. There is definitely a trend in place. I tried to pickup 20,000 shares to test the strength of the market right after lunch. The order was not filled.But the market must breath, action, and then reaction.Think bottom is around .0063, but Iam willing to sit through and around of a correction. This penny stock may or may not be getting itself together. I called the compamy today and the phone message said this is no longer a working number. I then called back three times, and got same message. However this stock looks good, and breaking .01 is good but breaking .003 will definitly tell us this trend is for real. I think this sector is hot for another two to three years out. Its all about profits, and if this company can start generating them, and live up to it business model we can make lots of money. Ride the trend, and donot trust this management. Stocks are intended to deceive the majority all the time.Goodluck all.

I think the reverse spilt could be good for longterm investors. But if I were still holding shares today I would sue. Very deceptive this company, never posted the finanical statments and now they want you to write for them. Like I said ride the bull- this could be the re-entery point comming. This management sucks. You can't call them and they don't answer emails. May be time to get long and strong for real.

might be a good play post R/S. These things have a habit of tanking the morning of the R/S, then jumping up near where they should have been post R/S.
Look at CSJJ->COHG -> went down to .04, then popped right up to .20 on the R/S day...
worth a watch...

5:1 F/S on 2006-06-16 if not diluted since (not sure) they had 448 M outstanding After 1:200 R/S - 2.2 M outstanding and PPS is around $1.70

This company did a new news release today, and had a new telephone number. I called the company and I told them in direct terms they were a scam. They diend it.The person I sopke with said he did not have a ticket on the plane but he was driving it etc... I can't figure this company out, comments.

Will we still get the dividend? I never sold mine before the split so.....Im stuck to see what happens was not paying attention and did not see the reverse split until today and also saw that this artilce.....
