Guess this is a nice slow progression...but as long as this is going up I'm fine, GLTA. That dip, for the most part was low volume, I mean below $50 orders, geez MMs.

I've picked up some more shares today; IMO we'll start to move up soon. We won't stay at these levels for too long

the last financials said something about pulling out of a lot of stores and quit the shelf retail route, except albertsons. and switch to selling over the net and other ways. so maybe we'll see a nice website soon they can pr to show that they still want to do business. they need to get the hype of that one roll on headache stick they always run on fox news. then we'd see a 100 bagger, lol

LOL, i'm actually in the red now, but its just mostly commission. Think we'll have a nice week next week, or at least, if you buy at around these levels, a decent 25% profit at least. Had some pretty good expectations with this. I just think that we're going through a bit of a shift in the markets. Much like those Stem Cells.

(1) Estimated in accordance with Rule 457(c) under the Securities Act of
1933, as amended, solely for the purpose of calculating the registration fee
and represents the market price of the common stock of our Company on August
7th, 2006.

(2) Includes shares of our common stock,$0.001 par value per share, which may
be offered pursuant to this registration statement, which shares are issuable
upon conversion of callable secured convertible notes and the exercise of
warrants held by the selling stockholders. In addition to the shares set
forth in the table, the amount to be registered includes an indeterminate
number of shares issuable upon conversion of the secured convertible notes
and exercise of the warrants, as such number may be adjusted as a result of
stock splits, stock dividends and similar transactions in accordance with
Rule 416. The number of shares of common stock registered hereunder
represents a good faith estimate by us of the number of shares of common
stock issuable upon conversion of the secured convertible notes and upon
exercise of the warrants. For purposes of estimating the number of shares of
common stock to be included in this registration statement, we calculated a
good faith estimate of the number of shares of our common stock that we
believe will be issuable upon conversion of the secured convertible notes and
upon exercise of the warrants to account for market fluctuations, and anti-
dilution and price protection adjustments, respectively. Should the
conversion ratio result in our having insufficient shares, we will not rely
upon Rule 416, but will file a new registration statement to cover the resale
of such additional shares should that become necessary. In addition, should a
decrease in the exercise price as a result of an issuance or sale of shares
below the then current market price, result in our having insufficient
shares, we will not rely upon Rule 416, but will file a new registration
statement to cover the resale of such additional shares should that become
necessary.

(3)165,000,000 shares being offered by this prospectus will be outstanding
upon the effectiveness of this prospectus of which 15,000,000 shares are
being offered for resale by selling stockholders and 150,000,000 shares are
Management shares that are subject to a pledge agreement with the lender
which cannot be sold until the entire amount of debt owed to the lender is
fully repaid. Furthermore these shares will only be issued to Management
upon the effective registration of this Prospectus. Such number of shares
may be adjusted as a result of stock splits, stock dividends and similar
transactions in accordance with Rule 416.

(4) Includes a good faith estimate of shares underlying secured
convertible notes to account for market fluctuations.

The registrant hereby amends this registration statement on such date or
dates as may be necessary to delay its effective date until the registrant
shall file a further amendment which specifically states that this
registration statement shall thereafter become effective in accordance with
Section 8(a) of the Securities Act of 1933 or until the registration
statement shall become effective on such date as the Commission, acting
pursuant to said Section 8(a), may determine.

The information in this prospectus is not complete and may be changed. We
shall not sell these securities until the registration statement filed with
the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") is effective. This
prospectus is not an offer to sell these securities and it is not soliciting
an offer to buy these securities in any state where the offer or sale is not
permitted.

still, float isnt that big to be at these levels, looks like the combo of hyped dilution and sell-off dragged this undervalued. looking for a dip next week then a gap up.

Think nobody wants to set this thing straight until some positive PR. Think we wait and see if it busts below that resistance level of .005.

Supply and demand delution is occuring a bit more than usual in several ticks in similar phases. Positive PR is great, but getting the desired results based on fundamentals and coming up under valued is a puzzle we all ponder. Is the volume of short traders having an impact on the PPS rise to extent that it becomes a weight draging effect on companies that deserve better?

Here's to getting in early and having the temarity to ride it out.

dinner.

at least there is some more clarity, and investors like that.

.005 may be the low, but more likely it will bottmom at .006, so anything under 6 may be a good play.

never know though....
