the 10k is basically a joke...
no income, any cash available is restricted for bankrupcty, company forsees continued losses... etc.

anyone? pump and dump? or is there some news/rumor i'm unable to locate

Yup Chopper's ride, was a pump and dump by a group. Traders can be real funny when they trade a company like this.

you dont need news at all to move a stock, if a group of people decided to buy it they could of easily sent it up
