Been shorted down over last 4 months, now being accumulated, new oil/ gas aquisitions going into production ahead of hurricane season, huge potential here over next month or so, check out their website and load up cheaply while you can.

How do you know it's bottomed or more importantly how do you know it's being accumulated?
