This has great potential and it's down now waiting on the ethanol production to kick in. I'm in this stock and am waiting for the next round of PR's with earnings.

ATTENTION ALL PAVC SHAREHOLDERS: SELL AT THE FIRST CHANCE YOU GET!!! jmho, but i've been through this crap before with reverse splits in the pennies and they NEVER EVER work they way the company says it will and should. the B/A on the L2s alone is a HUGE sign of worse things to come. once the dust settles, believe me, if the price is still above the $4 minimum (with a tolerable % spread), i'll put the farm on shorting this stock and will happy to see it back in the pennies/sub-pennies a year from now. logically, tell what person in their right mind is going to pay (currently $8 on the ask) for a pink with nothing going for it AT ALL but hype on the penny boards. i'm writing this cuz i'd hate to see you all get burned so viciously as i have in the past by this BS. i'm not bashing as i'd love to see this price get as high as it can so i can have more room for it to tank when it does and thus increase my short position by at least 25%... if it goes back to $12: good for me, good for you. glty ALL

Amelot Alternative Energy, Inc. Meets With Baker Tank's Engineers

CHEYENNE, Wyo., Aug. 7, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Amelot Holdings, Inc. (Other OTC:AMHD.PK - News) is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Amelot Alternative Energy, Inc., has met with Baker Tank engineers to discuss tank layout and floor plan to coincide with the Fire Safety Report recently received by Amelot Alternative Energy, Inc. ``Baker Tank's engineers will be coming out to the facility this week to design our floor plan and to make sure it coincides with all safety regulations and recommendations that were in the Fire Safety Report provided by Nick Cricenti of SFC Engineering Partnership Inc. This ties into whether or not we can utilize this facility for the production of Amelot's Bio-Diesel. Once these issues are addressed and resolved we are confident we will execute the Lease Agreement,'' stated Aziz Hirji, President of Amelot Holdings.

Amelot Alternative Energy Inc. Signs Lease Agreement for Their First 10 Million Gallon Bio-Diesel Production Facility

CHEYENNE, Wyo., Aug. 11, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Amelot Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AMHD) today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Amelot Alternative Energy, Inc., has signed a lease agreement for their first Bio-Diesel production facility which will have the capacity to produce ten million gallons per year.
"This is a day Amelot and it shareholders can be proud of. It has been a long due-diligence period to find the right location that fits Amelot's business model. The company has made tremendous progress these first three quarters of 2006," stated, Aziz Hirji, President of Amelot Holdings.
The facility is an 80,000 sq. ft. building located in Nashua, New Hampshire. Amelot will lease 26,713 sq. ft. of manufacturing space and 2,969 sq. ft. of office space.
"We anticipate starting our Bio-Diesel production in our first of fifty planned facilities in the next 30 to 60 days," Aziz Hirji concluded.
