I just had to address all the "selling at the ask talk"
For one, if people want to sell, can't hate on that, people have a right to buy and sell as they choose. Also, in my experience, I have seen multiple instances where I have set a sell order at the ask, then the MM's move that price to the bid, and my sell goes through at the bid, appearing as though I "whacked the bid."
Same thing happens when buying stocks. I have also seen some of my buys go through at the bid and they take it down a notch into the red and look like a sell!
So, much respect to all, I just wanted to put it out there that it is most often not the person clicking the sell button that is doing the "bid whacking" but really just the market and the makers that run it painting the picture however they see fit...

Where are you getting all this sell talk from, I dont even have the shares yet, so I can't even sell. And, I doubt I'm the only one in that position.

Per TDAmeritrade, the DTC informed them the "payment date" for the PAVC shares is SCHEDULED for Monday August 7, 2006. What that means is Aturd is expecting to receive the post split PAVC shares for their clients. Aturd said currently you may BUY PAVC shares but will not be able to sell. Also, they made it clear that the scheduled date of payment is not written in stone...meaning it coud be tues. or wed. before they get the shares from the DTC. Once they receive the shares, you may trade your UNRESTRICTED. for those of you seeing PAVC in your aturd account with your pre split numbers, is that the symbol change is complete, but aturd doesn't have possession of the shares to verify and show the post split numbers. Once they get them...everything SHOULD be accurate.
On another note, information I've received is that this R/S has been in the process for at least two months, and the purpose is to move to the amex or nasd. The pps needed to meet minimum requirements, and the next step is the financials. Unfortunately the amex and nasd move pretty much at the same speed as the SEC, so per my information, it could be 6 to 9 months down the road before we see that move. I'm not saying it WILL take that long, just that it can. Since this has been in the works for several months, hopefully management has things rolling, and we see it sooner than later. I questioned a possible buyout/merger to facillitate the move, response was those options weren't mentioned in the equation at the present time

ATTENTION ALL PAVC SHAREHOLDERS: SELL AT THE FIRST CHANCE YOU GET!!! jmho, but i've been through this crap before with reverse splits in the pennies and they NEVER EVER work they way the company says it will and should. the B/A on the L2s alone is a HUGE sign of worse things to come. once the dust settles, believe me, if the price is still above the $4 minimum (with a tolerable % spread), i'll put the farm on shorting this stock and will happy to see it back in the pennies/sub-pennies a year from now. logically, tell what person in their right mind is going to pay (currently $8 on the ask) for a pink with nothing going for it AT ALL but hype on the penny boards. i'm writing this cuz i'd hate to see you all get burned so viciously as i have in the past by this BS. i'm not bashing as i'd love to see this price get as high as it can so i can have more room for it to tank when it does and thus increase my short position by at least 25%... if it goes back to $12: good for me, good for you. glty ALL

and JG... just keepin' it real here, but just because a R/S takes the PPS above the nasd/amex requirements, doesn't mean the volume will. and, imho, it won't. once the big sell-off commences there won't be enough volume traded per day to meet that requirement (along with a host of other things this company doesn't have going for it to meet requirements). from my personal experience, this R/S will kill your bottom line if you wait too long cuz there are going to be NO real buyers to increase pps and most likely, this will be trading nowhere near the minimum volume requirements (i think it's 50,000) once the dust settles. scam and POS. ditch it and move on. jmho.
