I think they might have. I remember them tanking this to like .0125 about a week ago and quickly bringing it back up to .018. Volume that day was pretty heavy. Way above the daily average.

there were actually buys at .015, .018, and .02 all in succession yesterday...they were all preceded by sells of 500 shares and the 3 buys were for 4500 shares each....it was very strange..
