What will you do if FHAL opens at $15 on Tuesday?? Please, leave all discussion/speculation for the FHAL thread, this is only to talk about what you would do IF we were at 15.

The one I would have chosen but wasn't available is sell a portion and hold the balance to see where it's headed.

Of course I doubt anyone currently holding FHAL shares will be able to trade on the first day. Most of our brokers aren't that quick. According to your scenario, Wenesday would more than likely be the first day anyone could trade and some would be waiting until Thursday or Friday before their brokers made the change and allowed selling.

I am with Wally...if this gets pulled off...I would sell half and see where it goes...with the half I sell...I would be taking my mom and children on a nice vacation...

Here's to being "stupid"/gambling with free shares...I don't buy lottery tickets...I buy the pennies!

Duncan..lemon stock?
Lots of theories could be said...let's try this one..."They" post the bad info...the stock falls "they" can buy it up cheap...
Or another theory...
They are paid by "someone" (I don't know, we will just use the hypothetical "MM")to "post" the bad info...so that the stock falls...and again...to buy cheap shares...

Bottom line...IMO...That site...is paid by someone...or wanted cheap shares themselves...but they some how "gained" to post that info...if you think they posted it out of the kindness of their heart...well I guess we all fall for "it"/"something"...in some sort of way...

Yep...as I posted above...
Here's to being "stupid"/gambling with free shares...I don't buy lottery tickets...I buy the pennies!

Rufus claims he has institutional investors that will have buy orders if it should fall below $15. If we don't open at $15, we will have to see the reasons why, like maybe FHAL has to be above $1.75 before going to the Nas.. ??

If so,... it would be in our interest (IMO) to ride it to that point, the good news is that I don't think you'll be able to buys shares of this at the prices we have been paying, I can't see it crashing only going up unless scared money moves it in that direction, and that won't last! Just like the one's we have just been through didn't last. "REMEMBER THAT"

If you still are jumpy about selling right away, do your D & D and you'll feel more safe about holding. Huge PR's coming we have been told. My god people are saying the stock could go to $100 by the end of the year if those Billion dollar contracts are signed!!!

IMO, we are going to talk about whatever happens here for YEARS! [Smile]

I believe... -I might be wrong, but I believe we'll come out good and I'll be watching and I'll share whatever we come up with as this merger grows into reality.

No transition is ever totally smooth and flawless, but just like when lemon head posted his BS we talked it through, some bailed, don't sell on a panic, know what you have.

GLTA here! [Smile]

This goes through, I'm getting friends and family into this and showing them the ropes [Smile]

Peace ~

GTXC also didn't have ANYTHING going for it like FHAL now does with Rufus! A company has to be so big before they can even join Rufus and company, they aren't "looking" for work so to speak...

One great thing about the current pps is that it is extremely doubtful that it will ever be seen again.

I say this to "dollar", it is amazing this stock has held up so well considering where it was 4 wks ago and how much it has been shorted since. Money talks not law suits.

If you're losing more money all the time as the stock moves higher on a short position, things get desperate rather quickly. Alot of us are sitting on good gains as is, but, imagine if you were short and losing money all the time the stock is moving higher! It's a never ending ride of loss until the stock moves down or you decide to cut your losses and buy out of the short position.

What do you do? The squeeze is on! You're desperate! You hire a site, such as those bashing CVSU, Rufus, etc. to scare people into selling. You go on message boards and print "SCAM" to scare people, etc.

As a mm, you work the ask and bid to drive the price down even in a overwhelming buying spree such as the first 5 min of trading on Friday.

On long positions you can only lose so much as you have invested but on short postitions, you can lose way more. Most likely it is large "devestors" which have shorted this stock. Large enough to pay others to help to debase the stocks position!

I have worked with people like Rufus. I have followed closely what he says, how he says it and what he is trying to convey. He's a man that says what he means and means what he says. He's a good ol' boy. Good ol' boys don't lie, they get the job done!

Just to the idea of fundamentals, etc., think about all the advantages of FHAL & CVSU ... it fits hand & glove. It's a win/win situation. The share holders and the cost of the transition, is in perspective a "cost of doing business".

Like the pool player planning the next shot after this shot, I believe he has insured success by not devulging every move but letting each move push towards his success and our success as shareholders. I get the feeling he wants us there for the glory of the ride and feels badly for those "weak hands" who are scared out of their position. On the other side, he believes it always comes down to survival of the fittest.

I believe he has kept something of a surprise in the "wings" to insure the success of the new stock at $15 and much higher. Why? To squeeze the shorts, who have been making "plans" take a spin this last week and to reward the shareholders who have contributed to the advancement of FHAL.

Personally, I believe it is better to be going through this shorting now rather than at $15 pps(not to say some won't try it then). I certainly hope the shorts don't intend to expand their ways at $15 pps or they very well may be kissing $20 to $40 pps and more not to mention huge losses.

The pps of will be supported by larger institutional investors coming in at closing, company buy-back of shares as required, and the fundamentals to be exhibited in the forthcoming 10k. The low float of 24 to 27 million shares will keep the supply at a minimum and demand at a premium.

This is my 2 cents worth ... it wasn't too long ago that this stock was 2 cents worth so to speak!

GLTA!!

Good Post CoolAZ,
It really is hard to determine just how far people will go to make or save a buck. You and I having lost on a short would just cut our losses. The act of integrity amongst anonymity, although the definition, no longer seems to have any merit. An interesting road definitely lies ahead...

There are a lot of questions surrounding this stock. Not just the questions brought out by Our street and Stock lemon but also the questions about both those sites. There were tons of people doing DD on everything since the merger was announced that found nothing. If both those sites have the mad skills they claim then why did they wait until the very end to post the info? If it's about helping investors they did a misservice to us.

I have my doubts about Rufus but I also have soubts about both those sites and all the others that have posted on several sites(message Boards) until late in the game. Where were they early on?

It's a 50-50 crap shoot at this point and I don't believe anyone. I'm risking what I can afford to lose. Everyone else has their own threshold.
