Full Circle Image, Inc. Terminates Share Exchange Agreement with Smart Cartridge Limited 7/27/2006
ROCHESTER, Minn., Jul 27, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Full Circle Image, Inc. a franchisor and remanufacturer of printer ribbons, laser toner and ink jet cartridges, today announced that the previously announced Share Exchange Agreement (SEA) with Smart Cartridge Limited and its shareholders has been terminated.
Full Circle Image said the agreement to terminate the SEA was mutual and was the result of lack of acceptable financing and the costs associated with continuing discussions. Consequently, all parties felt it was in their best interests to curtail further loses and move on to other potential opportunities.
