I know there are alot of people who thought this one was at the bottom a month or 2 ago, but this truly is the bottom in the .0006 area. Chart looks ready for a bounce and it doesn't take a boatload of volume to move it. Volume looks good recently and I think it's ready to pop!

Solos Endoscopy, Inc. has obtained medical assets from Lifeline Biotechnologies Inc for $4 million in restricted shares of Solos Endoscopy, Inc. The medical assets will include the MastaScope(TM), First Warning System(TM), OvaScope(TM), and the inventory and intellectual properties relating to those products. Lifeline Biotechnologies will also receive compensation, in the form of a royalty, once sales of the MastaScope(TM), First Warning System(TM), and OvaScope(TM) exceed $4 million.

Excellent news today, GREAT volume and nice activity all day for the most part. Was up 80% before some profit takers hopped out and hung around .0008 for a large part of the day before closing at .0007 for a nice 40% gain. Chart looks great and this one should be set to explode IMO! This one's a HUGE sleeper pick!!

so let me get this straight...I can buy 1mil shares of LBTN for $700...I would then get 10k shares of SLSE that are currently worth .35 or $3500...really?!? If so, I'm in, and everyone else on the planet should be too!

Well your analysis is correct, however you have to take everything into consideration. Right now it's trading at .35, but I'm pretty sure that won't be the case when/after this all takes place. And if you look at the volume for the past few months, you'll see how low it has been. With that said, IF the shares aren't restricted in anyway, who knows what the price will be at after the divy and who knows what price you might be able to get buyers at. I highly doubt you'd be able to sell right away at .35 and I'm sure you prolly already know that.
On the bright side, they're free shares =) And who knows where this company will be trading down the road. If my info is correct, their 52 week low is .05 and high is 1.50. I believe the O/S is only 65 million, so it still should'nt be ridiculously high after all is said and done. Only time will tell, but never argue with free shares =)

I think this will be a 3-4 bagger in the next few days reaching 0.003's(conservatively since short covering can make a difference on how fast this moves to that number). With O/S of 650M this is currently way undervalued with market cap at $450K especially with $4M worth of SLSE shares transferred to LBTN. I bought 2M shares of this with cost of $800. I will be receiving 20K shares of SLSE. It is currently trading at around $0.35. Even if it loses worst case say 70% of value due to all the dividend shares shares dumped in the market, the profit from dividend is still $2K for an investment of $800K. I think this deal is good for us plus we get to keep the LBTN shares too

JerZey, note that LBTN received 4M worth of SLSE that means at current price levels, they must have received around 12M shares of SLSE. Based on 1:100 dividend ratio, and 650M O/S of LBTN, the no. of shares distributed to LBTN share holders is 6.5M, so LBTN is keeping the other 5.5M of SLSE. With current O/S of 65M, even if LBTN's dividend shares of 6.5M is sold into the market, it is not going to have significant impact of SLSE pricing. O/S increase from 65M to 71.5M for SLSE due to dumping of dividend shares by LBTN shareholders is nothing significant to have an impact of share price especially since they infact acquired a lot of medical assets from LBTN that should have a positive impact on their pps due to increase in their asset value

Think this one might make a move this week. Gonna bounce soon, especially with the divy date coming up in a couple weeks. Anyone else in this one? Would love to hear some opinons on it. Looks like a great play right now at these low levels.

Well a nice day overall! A shake after the morning and the daytraders getting out brought this back down, but it got alot of attention and should continue it's rise IMO. Still a very generous price to buy IMO

Another very nice day for this one! Had a feeling this would be a good week and is forming alot of new support as these levels! Nice news today....I'm gonna try and catch the conference on the 8th and see what's going on...but things are definately looking good for this one! Up 100% this week on a nice slow, and steady rise....what I like to see =)

I can tell alot of people haven't done their homework and just jumped into this one cause Matto picked it....which is all good cause I love his picks =) But to answer alot of the questions I see being asked all over the place....these will be restricted shares from what the orginal news release on the divy stated:
"Solos Endoscopy, Inc. has obtained medical assets from Lifeline Biotechnologies Inc for $4 million in RESTRICTED shares of Solos Endoscopy, Inc."
