Ameritrade told me that their website is down and advised to call back in an hour if the problems are resolved.

They're back up and running but I'd still call customer service and complain. They'll look at your account history and if they see you're an active trader, they will offer you some free trades.

How about $50,000.00 worth of non-fills [13 to 20 X] when volume was ecstatic and your sell orders in for up to 21 days??? Think an ATTY will touch it?? H___No!! They will tell you that you have to go through arbitration [Cost about $7,000.00]. This is something that should be a CONTINGENCY matter and with evidence you should WIN!! But no! The system is rigged - You will definitely lose. ARBITRATION IS FOR THE 'SYSTEM' BUDDDY!! ARBITRATION SHOULD BE VOLUNTARY N-O-T MANDATORY. Lucky

Boooooooo whooooooooooo! We don't believe you. You should be stalking Momo and MHLXZ. Which has spiked over 1,000% again with very decent volume. 3 of his last plays have hit 1,000% over a span of 3-5 days. lol Go stalk him Mr. Momo *******.
Bmoreofanass...don't care if you believe me or not about the 30 free trades...just letting others here know that they should not settle for the 10 free trades that they normally offer when something like this happens. As far as the rest of your statement...momo like yourself and MHLXZ are POS and I personally wouldn't waste any of my time on any of you...Now run along back to your playground!

You know bulk******* a wise man once told me "Never agrue with a fool, because people from a distance can't tell who is who" so enough with the childish crap I'm grown. Ameritrade has always had this problem. That is the reason why I've changed brokers many moon's ago. I hope you enjoyed losing money. I love that I am holding about a 600% profit on MHLXZ which hasn't dropped yet. So much for a POS play. =)

They origionally gave me 10 free trades after I complained in an e-mail. I wrote back to them and told them that my friends got 30 free trades and I want to be treated fairly. I told them that my friends had complained by phone. I said please give me number to call if I have to. They e-mailed back and gave me 20 more free trades. Hope this helps all involved.
