SpeechSwitch, Inc. (OTCBB: SSWC), a leader in speech-recognition technology, announced today that Tone Performance of Ontario has chosen to partner with SpeechSwitch for the deployment of a voice recognition solution. SpeechSwitch offers a turnkey Speech Enabled Auto Attendant. This system will be offered as the front end of Tone's SMB business solution when customers request voice recognition. SpeechSwitch, Inc. ("SpeechSwitch") previously was a wholly owned subsidiary of iVoice, Inc. prior to the spin-off from iVoice that was completed in August 2005 as a special stock dividend distribution to iVoice shareholders.
The Speech Enabled Auto Attendant (SEAA) integrates into numerous product lines by analog, digital, or TAPI WAV programming. The system facilitates easier communication for employees, customers, business partners and suppliers. It places people at ease by allowing callers to use their most natural form of communication -- their own voice -- to reach a specific person or department. By speaking a name, a caller can be promptly transferred to the appropriate number. Callers have the option of bypassing touch-tone menus and spell-by-name directories and instead use their natural voice to reach their intended party.
By partnering with SpeechSwitch, Inc., Tone Performance will be able to offer the Speech Enabled Auto Attendant at pricing geared toward the smaller business owner. SpeechSwitch, Inc. completed the sale of certain United States Letters Patents and/or applications for United States Letters Patents and/or foreign patents and applications to Lamson Holdings LLC. pursuant to a Patent Purchase Agreement dated April 20, 2006. The patents and/or patent applications sold relate to various Voice Activated/Voice Responsive systems developed by SpeechSwitch, including item locators for retail stores utilizing various unique identifying, data gathering and organizing, as well as user feedback techniques.
The proceeds of $144,000, net of paying a commission to GlynnTech, Inc. which served as SpeechSwitch's licensing agent and assisted in the sale of the patents from the sale, will be used to pay down the Company's indebtedness to Cornell Capital Partners, LP.

(OTCBB: SSWC) announced today that it has completed the sale of certain United States Letters Patents and/or foreign patents and applications to Lamson Holdings LLC. The patents and/or patent applications sold relate to various Voice Activation/Voice Responsive systems developed by SpeechSwitch's predecessor, iVoice, including voice-based computer address book systems and other voice-based technology. SpeechSwitch, Inc. ("SpeechSwitch") previously was a wholly owned subsidiary of iVoice, Inc., prior to the spin-off from iVoice that was completed in August 2005 as a special stock dividend distribution to iVoice shareholders.
"We are excited about completing this sale to Lamson Holdings LLC. This sale adds additional cash to our operational budget and we still maintain the right to market and sell the product line," said SpeechSwitch CEO Bruce Knef.
