I don't mean clbe...etc...I'm talking about a stock that has been sitting around its current range, or has slowly moved up, and expected news is around the corner

I can hardly think straight after FHAL, but my money's on CPCO (.11) for 7/13: Azerbaijan oil stock, low float, good accumulation over the last couple of weeks or so, and good news was released just after 4:30 today. But I'm still thinking about FHAL....

I'm not certain it'll run but it looks like its priming to move well. Why do I say that?
%R, slow/fast stochs all trending up from the bottom. RSI slowly trending up. MACD and MACD histogram increasing and trending for the past several days. MACD is still below zero and generally there is a pop in price when stocks cross the zero line.
CMF has been getting better over the months. Higher lows and negative periods are becoming shorter. 100 MA is .30 and 200 MA is .29 where the price is currently at. If it breaks 30, 31 will be the next step where two previous highs form resistance and then its 33, 36, and 43 from previous highs and lows. I don't take those as seriously as MA's for resistance until they are confirmed.
Today it did break up to .32 so it could be ready to go. Get some volume and I think it should be ready to move.
Just like I'm sure most of the stocks people suggest won't run, I'm watching it just in case it does. Matt

as far as accumulation goes.. GPTC might be somewhere close to decent accumulation. the stock might find good support around 0.17, and trades between 0.17-0.18 with occasional 0.19 offlate. chart actually shows 11 consecutive trading days. todays was good news that US government has given them permission to produce uranium. so might move on uptrend.. but cant confirm that yet though. herez chart for you.

isnt thestoc kster some kind of pumping system? i woulndnt be surprise if his picks run only because of his recomendations and he sells them shortly after recommendation is made to public.
