This Strategic Alliance will provide subsidiary Travel Hot Link over 500 hotels to its website and generate over $1 Million revenues during the next 12 months.

These companies spend millions of dollars a year on marketing and advertising online. The top three companies account for 67% of all travel booking on the web. More than 50 percent of the total click-through to these sites are generated by sponsored ads, compared to just 11 percent across of all web search activity.

Losses decreased to $77,552 for the 2nd Quarter ending 6/30/2006 compared to losses of $228,660 for 2nd Quarter 2005. The loss per share for 2006 was ($.0001) compared to 2005 loss per share ($.001).
Losses for six months 2006 totaled $230,718 compared to six months 2005 losses of $591,935.
