SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS, May 11, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Titan Oil and Gas, Inc. (TNOG:PK) announces that it has concluded an agreement to develop a new oil and gas field in which the Company has had strong interest for some time.

Titan has signed a Letter of Intent with M. S. Klotzman Exploration Co. in order to develop oil and gas leases in South Texas with the re-entry/re-working of a minimum of two wells. The parties have agreed to keep the specific details of the agreement confidential for sixty days in order to allow time to complete leasing operations.
