Megola Inc. Acquires Patent for Capacitive Deionization (CDI) System and Intellectual Property Rights for ScaleGuard

CORUNNA, ON, Jul 07, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Megola Inc. (MGOA), a leading solution provider in physical water treatment, microbiological control, wastewater treatment and air purification, announced that it has finalized the acquisition of the Intellectual Property Rights for ScaleGuard and the American, Canadian and European Union patents (#US 6,484,624 B1; CA 2378039; EU 1 098 853) for the Capacitive Deionization (CDI) system. Megola also acquired a patent-pending method of wrapping pipes for all electromagnetic physical water treatment (PWT) devices and applications.
Megola Inc. altered their initial intentions (as per a Letter of Understanding dated November 1, 2004) of purchasing a majority interest in Megola GmbH, Germany, as they were able to secure the rights and patents from the individual owners in a cost-effective and expeditious manner.

Capacitive Deionization (CDI) technology is a revolutionary method of desalinating brackish (saline) water.
Fresh potable water is becoming much more difficult to obtain from groundwater and surface water sources throughout many parts of the world. nice play for TODAY... but volume not nearly enough to sustain. look at nothing else but the chart from 3/21 to 4/06 (roughly) and that's where volume needs to be to make this play run for real. no pump and dumps. not even sure about any dilution and/or group plays, but this one needs to be back at those levels to be able to call itself a true 'playah'. not to say it couldn't get up there, but looks (with low volume) like an MM bait play... jmho glty,

All it needs a nice volume early and it will take off..It held nice with .059 close.... Low OS Low FLOAT... could see a nice run this week if the bottom bounce is confirmed... RSI only in the 50's....MACD positive and STO pointing up... Bottom bounce IMO...

I'm got in at .059 on Friday and am watching this closely. This did rise when there was volume so this should be very interesting to see what happens.
