Okay sorry for the double post but i was lazy before and now I'm less lazy and can't sleep.

This stock is 5 cents. Not undervalued per se, because there are alot of question marks. I will discuss the major plans/undertakings here.

Biomass in Malaysia. Presently a company in Malaysia is using the KDS Micronizer (Kinetic Disintegration System) to grind/dry palm oil waste into biomass for electricy. Question mark: will they sell more.

GeeZ i'm sick of typing already.

Okay, short form now:

Currently testing KDS in Prince George, B.C. to treat municipal sludge so that in can be sold as a soil ammendment. Will be testing in Seoul, Korea the same thing in August.

U of T and Oak Ridge National Lab in the US are studying micronizing switchgrass so it can be easily converted into ethanol. Anything they invent will belong to FASC.

JV agreement will hopefully be signed soon, so that KDSs will be built in Brazil and used to grind leftovers from sugar cane harvests to make electricity.

Alot more, just check out their website, www.fasc.net

Here's some DD Good Luck

First American Scientific Corp ( OTCBB: FASC ): First American Scientific Corporation (FASC) is an innovative equipment manufacturer and provider of turn-key systems that increase profitability and reduce the environmental impact of materials processing. In addition to its micronizing/particle-reduction capabilities in the mining industry, the patented KDS also acts as a moisture-reducer and a pathogen-killer for use in biomass waste. This combination of characteristics together make the KDS a very unique piece of equipment in this industry.

PRINCE GEORGE, B.C. WASTEWATER TREATMENT

First American Scientific Corp (FASC - OTCBB) signs agreement with the City of Prince George to install KDS Micronex equipment for processing sewage sludge at their wastewater treatment facility

VANCOUVER, Oct. 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Brian Nichols, President of First American Scientific Corp. (FASC) announced today the signing of an MOU with the city of Prince George, BC, Canada to assist in solving its environmental cleanup problems with sewage sludge using the KDS Micronex system. "This will be the first operation of its kind in the world, says David Dungate, FASC's VP of marketing, where the strictly regulated Class B municipal sludge can now be cleaned, bagged and profitably sold to the public as a soil amendment." The initial runs will be monitored for three months, and if satisfactory, the city plans to establish a permanent facility utilizing up to 4 micronizers.

According to Dayton & Knight, the city's consulting engineers, "the series of tests undertaken this summer 2005 at FASC's Vancouver demonstration site confirmed the ability of the KDS Micronex to consistently convert Class "B" biosolids to Class "A" biosolids and achieved an effective pathogen destruction rate of 99.9 % in all test samples"

FASC believes the KDS Micronex could become the preferred universal solution for handling Class B sludge by converting municipal waste into a valuable resource. With the successful showcase of our system's ability in Prince George, Canada, we could see our system in use all across the developing world.

There are approximately 15,000 municipal wastewater treatment plants in North America alone that process almost 34 billion gallons of domestic sewage and other wastewater each day. In Asia and Europe the markets are even larger, and FASC is well poised to service those markets through its established network of licensees and affiliates in the U.K., Poland, the USA, Canada, Malaysia, and Japan.

This stock could really be huge ......From of your penny to dollar stocks!

JV with ethanol producers in Brazil will be huge money! I was watchign on CNN, they talked about how the leftovers (part not chopped down) from the field could be used to make electricity.

FASC has a JV arrangement! They just gotta get it finalized!! If they do, wow this stock is gonna go.

And you know FASC is the real deal if they are getting tests done in Seoul to whom they sold a KDS Micronex to Seoul

To micronize sewer sludge!!

This stock could really be huge.

FASC has a machine, the KDS Micronex. It grinds and dries stuff. Really good, and really cheaply.

A JV with ethanol producers for the BIOMASS aspect in Brazil will be huge money! I was watching on CNN, and they talked about how the leftovers (part not chopped down) from the sugar cane fields could be used to make electricity.

FASC has a JV "agreement" with ethanol procuers in south america including Brazil. They just gotta get it finalized!! If they do, wow this stock is gonna go.

Also, there sewage sludge testing being done in Korea. By the Korean gov't. With a machine they bought from FASC...

...To micronize sewer sludge.

Sewage has got to be a huge problem in Japan and Korea. Good news is they have JVs signed there with established companies who can make the machines. FASC should make a killing.

First American Scientific Corporation Announces Signing of Joint Venture Agreement to Introduce KDS Technology in Brazil, Uruguay and Argentina

VANCOUVER, BC--(MARKET WIRE)--Apr 18, 2006 -- Brian Nichols, President of First American Scientific Corp. (OTC BB:FASC.OB - News) is pleased to announce the signing of an agreement in principle to form a joint venture to be named First American Scientific Brazil Ltda., with South American Bio-Energy Corp Ltd of Uruguay and Bruno Industrial Ltda of Brazil www.bruno.com.br for the manufacture, marketing, and operation of KDS equipment in Brazil, Uruguay and Argentina.

The first installation of a fully operational KDS system is planned to commence operation in September 2006 as part of a new $US 50 million sugar refinery and ethanol plant in Sao Paulo state. The KDS will process diverted waste bagasse to a pelletizer and bagging house to create "bagasse pellets" which will be burned in conventional pellet burners to create green energy. The initial target will be to deliver 300,000 tonnes of pellets in the local region , then to look beyond the borders of South America to Europe where an order for 1,000,000 tonnes of pellets is anticipated.

Brazil, the fourth largest country in the world, has an abundant supply of biomass (bagasse) that is eliminated during the refining of sugar cane. With the KDS, we can now capture overflow waste material and efficiently convert it to a high BTU biomass pellets. Our Brazilian partner has identified 80 sugar refining operations in Brazil alone that will be suitable candidates for our system.

According to Mr. Nichols, "This ties in nicely with our recent announcement of the signing of a distribution agreement with EnergyCabin www.energycabin.com to market their pellet burning equipment in North and South America, and also opens up opportunities in Asia where there is an abundant supply of biomass that could be pelletized and sold through our joint venture partners in Malaysia, Korea or Japan."

Under the proposed joint venture, in addition to receiving a royalty on all equipment sold and 50% of all profits, FASC will receive a royalty on every ton of pellets produced in Brazil. FASC's contribution to FASBrazil will be the exclusive license to the KDS while the Brazilian partners must provide all required startup capital until FASB achieves positive cash flow.

This is the fifth license agreement signed by FASC around the globe with installations in Malaysia, Japan, Korea, Europe, North America and now South America. Please refer to our web site for further details. www.fasc.net
