I'm going to admit I am a BLYC bagholder. I've been trying to get info from the company on any updates and received nothing. Except for today former CEO Bruce Kamm replied to an email. We exchanged several emails and in one of them he said, "But, things could get better with new developments. Stay tuned!" Now he never got into details, but what do you think? Is there something that could get me to empty my bag? Relief in sight, or just words from him.

BLYC showed signs of life after the new CEO filed a lawsuit against the old CEO and his wife.. since then?
nothing really...
Could be a long wait.

"The company's new COO (Anna Taylor) had nothing better to do and decided all
on her own that the company shouldn't be in the barter business. She then
took her misguided beliefs as fact and used them to terminate my contracts.

Fact is, after she was incapable of filing the company's 10K and then unable
to pay herself, she quit about 6 weeks after becoming CEO. She now owns a
dress shop in Sarasota FL."

Still don't get his response of "But, things could get better with new developments. Stay tuned!"

It's a scam... I lost a ton of money on that one...

That's why they took the message board down... there was a lot of incriminating info from Bruce Kamm on that board.

why would mr kamm exchange emails with me, talk bad about Anna Taylor, and say he wasn't paid for 20 months? Seemed honest to me. And a pioneer of online barter. Why is Bruce so bad? They terminated him. I don't know much thats why I am asking.

No one will ever know exactly what took place... however, Mr. Kamm was on the message board encouraging shareholders to buy... you can see where that got us...

Don't trust any CEO!!!

I agree on the situation we are in. But whats with him saying, "But, things could get better with new developments. Stay tuned!", about Bentley if he's no part of it?

I spoke with someone from a company Robert Schumacher does IR for but once I asked about Bentley, no response. They just need to close shop and put us out our missery.

after this PR (aug.22) it started to uptrend
just a coincidence?
IMO somebody is accumulating
(imagine to see BLYC like the old good times ...)

Bentley Commerce Corporation (PINKSHEETS: BLYC) (www.bentleycommerce.com) and Bruce Kamm, its former CEO, announced today that they have settled the lawsuits against each other and will work together to build a strong and profitable business for Bentley Commerce and its shareholders.

"We are delighted to put this chapter in our company's history behind us and devote our skills and energy to propel Bentley Commerce forward," said its CEO, Robert Schumacher. "We genuinely welcome Mr. Kamm back and look forward to again having his expertise and business acumen serve the Company. As we move ahead, we recognize his prior contributions and acknowledge that too often disagreements result from miscommunication."

"In the near term, Bentley Commerce will focus its barter and trade business on Corporate trade, a $50 billion market sector typified by large media, commercial and industrial transactions, rather than providing services to small retail barter exchanges," continued Mr. Schumacher. "In addition, Bentley Commerce will now actively seek other compatible business opportunities."

I wouldn't buy it now. Last week this was at .0003/.0005. It's up 500% in a weeks time. Too risky to chase it.

I was a big fan of this stock. The idea behind it had lots of potential. But as usual the CEO's make or break company.

The guy can't even talk well in interviews and sounds like he can never make this stock work.

I doubt it now that he can make it work. But I buy all of these stocks based on the idea of what they sell or do. Nobody knows if the CEO has an idea if they know what they are doing or not.

Unless he comes out with a big deal I would avoid it.
